Perfect LBI getaway!

This home is wonderful! My husband, 2 small children and I have stayed twice and will for sure return again! Excellent location, clean, great space and a quick walk to the beach! Host is very responsive and accommodating.

This place hit on all cylinders. The location is absolutely amazing. Everything was walkable. The kids could walk to the beach alone. I couldn't ask for anything more. Super clean!!We can wait to return

We loved everything about this rental. It was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. The location on the beach block made for easy walking with the little ones and all their "stuff." And you only need to walk a block or 2 on the boulevard for the important things - groceries and ice cream!

Great location for a beach vacation

The location was great, the house was clean and everything you could need was in the kitchen. Nice deck to sit out on and eat. Really enjoyed staying there. Will definitely be back - keeping that address!

One suggestion for rainy days would be to update living / kitchen / dining furniture for comfort as opposed to durability. Otherwise perfect.

Relaxing beach house

Great property with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It was nicely decorated , clean and the owner was a pleasure to work with. The location was excellent everything was within walking distance . We’ll definetly be back.

Very nice 2nd floor rental. Clean, modern accommodations with a nice open kitchen - living area with 3 bedrooms & updated bath. Easy walk to beach. Enjoyed our time there, will be looking to come back again.

Great Stay

This rental was in a great location. The place was clean and modern, although we were able to hear our downstairs neighbors making normal levels of noise. We had some issues booking (on VRBO’s end), but the the host was very helpful in sorting it out and throughout the stay.

Smith Family Shore Trip

Wonderful duplex. Excellent to have two units together for our large family. Unit is very clean and very well stocked for your vacation needs. Location is perfect for hitting the beach or going for coffee, meals and activities. Very quiet in a well maintained neighborhood. Bonus is access to ample parking.

Our stay at Surf City was just wonderful! The Jersey Shore is just beautiful and the house was amazing. The perfect size for our family of three. Beautifully renovated with roomie showers and a nice kitchen stocked with all the essentials you might need and very clean. In the last we have stayed in Beach Haven which is further south.it was nice to see that the Beach at 22nd is a guarded beach from 10-5p which is always a plus with little ones. The house is within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants, mini golf and of course ice cream shops (the most important part of any beach vacation).Just a heads up for families with kids, the street this house is on is not very bike friendly like other areas of LBI and there is a lot of traffic. That being said the house is very close to the beach entrance. You get both sunrise from the beach side and sunsets on the bay side.The house is about 15-20 minutes from Fantasy Island and Bay Village.The host is very easy to get in touch with and answers any questions very quickly.We really enjoyed our stay and will book again in future.

Bring your linens!!

Location is great. Overall clean but cleaning fee is silly when the inside of the fridge is dirty, stove top dirty and a dirty pan in the oven. It was cleaner when I left than when I came. Property manager forgot to mention you have to bring all of your own linens so I had to spend a few hundred as soon as I got there. Would rent again, knowing to bring my own linens!

Great location - so close to beach

This is the second year we’ve rented this property and I could absolutely see us doing it again. The location is wonderful - can walk to a small grocery store and 2 of the little malls. Some restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk. In fact ‘downtown’ Surf City is only a short 15-20 minute walk. The hosts are so very easy to work with. Quick responses before and during the stay. The property is clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are up to date! There’s an awning on the porch that makes it a great place to have any meal outside but in the shade. Definitely worth considering for your vacation!

Completely updated beach house - 1950 style on the outside and 2022 on the inside. Just what we were looking for to bring back memories of 1970s vacations on LBI - and just 5 houses from the beach. House is great for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Great place!

We would definitely stay here again and plan to. Lovely location, well equipped and very clean. Next time I think we’ll opt for the first floor apartment though, for the simple reason, easier loading and unloading.

We have been coming to Long Beach Island for 15+ years, and we just love it. This location is our absolute favorite. It has just the right mix of a beautiful beach that is not crowded, yet walking distance from everything you need. A bonus is that it is just 2 blocks from the Bay for those who want to kayak or enjoy the Bay. We purchased this home last year for our families and to share with yours.
