Nestled in a quiet lakeside community, our cottage is a haven for families, boaters, and even your furry friends. You'll love the private boat access just a two-minute walk away, perfect for a day of fishing, cruising, or simply relaxing by the water no matter the time of year. We have access to the lake year round.

The Space & Amenities
Driftwood Cottage is a spacious 1,165 sq ft home that invites you to immerse yourself in the wonders of Maine. Our open living room and kitchen layout is perfect for spending quality time together, and our cozy reading nook/living room are stocked with board games, puzzles, and books.

Bedroom Configuration:
• Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, with a box fan and seasonal AC, and blackout shades
• Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with a box fan and blackout shades
• Bedroom 3: Full-sized Bunk Beds with a box fan and blackout shades.

Kitchen Features:
• Ninja Drip Coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and air fryer.
• Complimentary spices, coffee, olive oil, and tea kettle.
• A well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare meals, including a large refrigerator.
General Features:
• Free high-speed wireless internet.
• On-site washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets.
• Linens, towels, washcloths, and makeup washcloths provided. Separate lake towels are also available.
• Complimentary skin-sensitive toiletries.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to enjoy the outdoors from our front deck. Our property is set up for total relaxation and family fun.
• Front deck with outdoor patio furniture and seating for 8.
• Outdoor dining table with seating for 6 (seasonal).
• Two private kayaks for your use.
• Two fire pits: a private propane gas fire pit on the deck and a wood-burning Solo Stove.
• Large propane gas grill, perfect for family cookouts.
• Bring your boat and enjoy direct access to Lake Great Pond from our shared dock with a private boat slip. You can also use our private boat launch so you can bypass the crowded public launch/parking.
• Access Lake Great Pond in the winter via access for ice fishing, you can use your snowmobiles

Other Details to Note:
Guest Access & Parking: The entire home and property are available for your private use. You can access the home 24/7 during your stay with a door keypad. Ample parking for 5 vehicles plus additional parking is available at the lake access. There is parking big enough for a boat trailer right across from the lake access. There is plenty of parking for snowmobile trailers. The water access is available in the winter. You can drive your snowmobiles on the lake from the lake access.

Dogs: Dogs are always welcome! We understand they are a part of the family. The one-time non-refundable fee of $150 covers all pets for the entire stay.

Inclement Weather: We are in a quiet lakeside community and may experience brief power outages during storms. We have someone who plows the driveway, and shovels are provided for your convenience.
