Para toda la familia. Condominio frente al mar. Palazzo 3.3.

-2008 Nuevo condominio, ubicado en la tranquila zona de extremo oeste de Panamá City Beach, pero cerca de todos sus servicios. Bonita playa hermosa, nunca demasiado lleno de gente. Elevada piscina frente a la playa y spa, sala de ejercicios / gimnasio con lo último en equipos de última generación firness. Bonito vestíbulo con un personal amable. Todas las actividades de playa están disponibles y pueden ser reservados en nuestra playa.

PALAZZO ES UNO DE LOS edificios más bonitos en la playa, de muy baja densidad con sólo 129 unidades, que no se siente lleno de gente, incluso los fines de semana más concurridos. El aparcamiento cubierto en el mismo edificio es una gran ventaja. Somos cerca de 1 kilómetro del Parque Pier con todas las tiendas, salas de cine y el entretenimiento. Comercial Oulet es de 35 millas en Destin. El aeropuerto internacional está a sólo 8 km del establecimiento.

Nuestra unidad tiene tres dormitorios, tres cuartos de baño. Muy bien decorado con una cama tamaño Reyes en el dormitorio principal, un tamaño de la reina en el segundo dormitorio con baño privado y 2 camas individuales en la habitación de los niños. TV de 46 pulgadas con DVD y VCR en la sala de estar, acceso a Internet con Wi-Fi y conexión por cable. Las habitaciones del segundo y tercero con TV / DVD. Cocina bien suministrado para todas sus necesidades. Nos encanta nuestro segundo hogar y esperamos que tenga unas vacaciones maravillosas!

Successful Family Trip

The condo is exactly as listed. It was perfect for our group of 5. The location is just outside the hustle and bustle yet close enough to everything. The next time we go back to Panama, we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo at Palazzo

The condo was clean and nice. During our stay the pool was closed and the building was being painted. But it was located close to all activities and was an enjoyable trip! Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Gulf Coast Jam stay

My wife and I, my daughter and fiance stayed while attending Gulf Coast Jam. Loads of space, coffee on the balcony and beautiful beach mornings. Everything was perfect and we can't wait to do it again. Thank you so much!

Couples Weekend

This is a wonderful condo. Everything in the unit was beautiful, had everything we needed plus more. The master bath was awesome and the pictures didn't do it justice. Large balcony and great views. This condo was close to everything also. We will be sure to book this unit again.

Great host! Great location!

Great location! We loved being in an area away from the busy side of town. Restaurants and the pier were minutes from the condo. The beach was perfect because it wasn’t crowded like other condos. Great location for families. Natalia was very helpful with registering our vehicles. She was just a text away. She even responded in the middle of the night. Definitely recommend staying in her condo.

Beautiful Ocean Views

Our family enjoyed our vacation at this lovely condo! My only suggestion is to stock up with more of the essentials and to update all of the TV’s but the location was great and enjoyed waking up to Ocean Views every morning and walking straight out to the beach from the condo!

This is the 2nd time staying here- will stay here again!

The condo is very clean, it had everything we needed. The owner is very gracious. We had a air conditioning problem when we first got there (these things happen so it wasn't a big deal)- the repair man was there that evening and then back to finish the next morning, which was Sunday. That says a lot about the owner and the contractors she works with. We appreciated everything and will be back next year!!

Perfect place to stay!

We had a very nice time. Condo was perfect for our family. It was beautifully decorated with the perfect theme. The balcony had a wonderful view and was very large. We enjoyed listening to the waves hitting the shore throughout the night. It had the amenities that we needed and was conveniently located near a grocery store. Location worked out great for us. Many shopping and dining opportunities nearby. Natalia was helpful and corresponded in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great Condo & Owner

Our family enjoyed staying 7 nights in this very nice condo! There was plenty of room for all of us and the condo was equipped with everything you would need. Directly on the gulf with awesome view. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool so much, and even learned to swim without her floaties here! We saw the security folks daily, and they were very nice and helpful! This condo is close to everything you would want to do. We will definitely be booking with Natalia again for our next Panama City adventure!

2024 Vacation

Beautiful view from the condo. The owner was quick to respond to all issues we had while we were there. Unit could use some updates on bedding. Cleaners aren't doing a good job keeping the unit clean, and owner aware of issues.

Great family vacay!

The online listing was dead on. The condo is beautiful and spacious. We had 7 with us and had plenty of room. As other commenters have said the parking garage is a little tight but we navigated, a rented, Dodge Durango in it just fine. Natalia was easy to work with and quick to respond. Having two chairs and an umbrella was great! My kids and I have always done beach vacations and they said this was the best condo and beach yet. We had an absolute blast and will definitely book again for the next family vacation.

Palazzo is our favorite

We have stayed at numerous PC Beach condos over the past twenty years and Palazzo is among our favorites. The Condo is on the quiet west end of the beach, away from the crowds and heavier traffic. Palazzo is a low density unit which adds to the appeal. Even though we stayed the week of July 4th, it never seemed crowded. Over the years we have stayed at Palazzo on numerous occasions but this unit was the best yet. It was nicely decorated and wasn't just decorated with the basics of a lot of rental units. It truly felt like home. Very comfortable and we will definitely be staying again!

Family Vacation

This condo was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We found the unit had WIFI (which was very important to our children). The master bedroom has a huge bathroom attached with a jacuzzi tub and shower. Also we had access to the large balcony from the master bedroom. There were 3 elevators for the complex and they were all fast. Our wait was never more than a few seconds. The parking garage in the same building was definitely a plus. The owner was very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect for our girls weekend!

Stayed for 3 nights with several ladies from work for an outdoor country music festival. The condo was the perfect size. We each had our own space and bathrooms. The open kitchen/living/dining allowed for us to easily share the living areas without being on top of each other. The décor was stunning! A lot of beach front condo's have the "beach" theme but mostly tacky! This condo was well decorated with classy beach theme. We were maybe a mile from the venue and Pier Park and walking distance to a Winn Dixie and liquor stores. Close to a favorite local dive, Dusty's! Balcony was huge. Everyone was able to enjoy it at the same time...there were even 2 lounge chairs out there with a table and 4 others. Can't forget the beach service. Umbrellas and padded chairs on the beach included. These rent for about $35 a day and was included in the price. Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! Will stay here again.

Mi esposa y yo somos de Colombia, somos medicos y hemos podido cumplir uno de nuestros suenos de tener un lugar en la playa cuando compramos nuestro apartamento en el 2008. Tenemos 3 ninos, Isabella 16, Nicolas 14 y Julian 5.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Hemos venido de vacaciones a Panama City Beach por 10 anos, hemos visto la renovacion del area, ahora mas dirigida a vacaciones de familia. Tenemos el Pier Park un centro comercial a mas o menos 1.5 kilometros, con cines, restaurantes y tiendas exclusivas. El parque publico de Frank Brown esta cerca a menos de 1 Kilometro hay Tenis, parque de ninos, clases de natacion y buceo, etc.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Tenemos playa propia, tenemos vista al mar desde nuestro apartamento con unos atardeceres hermosos. Estamos localizados en el area Oeste de
la playa que es mas dirigido a familias, pero cerca de todas las actividades del area. hay un parque de delfines Gulf World a 2 Kilometros, parque de agua, mini golf, wonderworks para los ninos y muchas otras actividades. para los adultos una vida nocturna cerca con bares, discotecas, restaurantes etc.
