ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR 2800 SQUARE FOOT 4 BEDROOM 4 BATHROOM CONDO ON THE 5TH FLOOR OF STERLING BEACH. THE CONDO WILL SLEEP 15 COMFORTABLY.


(Primary renter must be at least 25)
-The Living room has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico with 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas

-Living Room includes a 60” Flat screen TV

-Kitchen has been renovated with granite counter tops, stainless steel double sink and disposal
-Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker

-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 32” Flat screen TV and a gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has a two separate showers and double vanity

-2nd bedroom has a KING size bed with views of the gulf and a full bathroom attached.
-Off the 2nd master bedroom is a bunk room with 2 twin size beds.

-The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen and Twin size beds with a full bathroom attached.

-The 4th bedroom is a lockout master suite with a king size bed and attached bathroom.

-There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
-There is full size washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit

Beach gate codes in the email are wrong. Remember that from last year too. You just have to wait on a maintenance guy or another resident or guest and ask them.Also as usual, could use a deep cleaning on the carpets and a dusting but there's less carpet here than the last unit we were in so we'd stay at this one again.Main fridge was not cold enough. We moved things to the fridge by the entrance which was annoying but worked.

Family Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, view and place is beautiful, fridge needed to be a little colder only improvement would be needed. Night staff left note on cars about year not being on tag that was done by owner so they might be taught what year this is and to know renters don't fill out tag. If allowed to have snacks at the pool would be great too.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, we stayed here with our children and grandchildren. We had plenty of space. The view was amazing from the living room as well.

Great condo layout but not very clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo layout was great for our large family with everyone having their own bathrooms, so I would probably rent again if I needed a large unit. Here are the complaints... 1. The condo must have only been swept by the cleaning crew and not mopped. After unpacking and walking around on the floors, everyone's feet were BLACK. I had to go to the store to buy a swiffer and clean the floors myself. Others must have had this same problem because later I found in a utility closet another swiffer and two more Bona mops. Obviously the cleaning staff did not use these, so they must have been left by other past renters. 2. All the area rugs in the unit were a dingy brown color. They need to be thrown away and replaced. 3. All living room seating needs to be replaced. The leather was very worn, and the cloth ones were dingy brown. All bedroom furniture seemed to be in good shape though. 4. There were two cooking skillets provided but they both had layers of grime/grease baked onto them. I had to go to the store to purchase a skillet for us to use for the week. I realize that if I had complained, a cleaning crew would have probably been sent to reclean. I did not pay to have a cleaning crew reclean. I paid to have it clean when I arrived. I also did not want a crew cleaning in the middle of our large family in the unit after unpacking. 5. Lastly, the photo shown of the balcony is not accurate. there are no loungers or large table or nice area rug on the balcony. Only single, wooden chairs and small table.

Excellent Stay!

What a beautiful condo in a wonderful location. The condo was wonderfully equipped and the grounds are kept pristine. We couldn’t have asked for better for our large group.

Family getaway

We have stayed here before and love the location and amenities. However, the furniture is starting to look shabby. All the leather pieces were really worn and the cloth sofas needed a deep cleaning. Carpets had spots. Everything else was fine.

Spring Break 2025

This was a family trip with our grandchildren. We all enjoyed it so much. Plenty of space to sleep and play. Bedrooms were nice size with private baths. We parked a small RV in the parking lot with no issues. Grounds were clean, pool is heated and the sand is so nice. We also like that it was an end unit for more privacy. Highly recommend booking this one!!!

This is an amazing property! The views are outstanding! Plenty of room and nicely furnished. Everything needed is provided for you. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Very spacious

The condo was very spacious and nice. It was perfect for all 6 of us. The condo was clean and we were able to get in earlier than 4:00. We enjoyed the large kitchen table for eating and playing games. The patio was great for gathering around and watching the sunset. We also enjoyed the built in speakers

Not happy

I made this reservation 5 or 6 months ago, and was even offered the opportunity to check in a day early. However, when we arrived a little after 4, the condo had not been cleaned. Nothing had been done. It was very upsetting. I got in touch with Emerald Coast, and they were somewhat helpful. Two people arrived in about an hour to clean. They were just the best and sweetest, however, it did take them a good while to clean, since it is such a large unit. We all went to eat, and when we got back they were still cleaning. What a horrible way to start a family vacation. The unit needs some updating. The upholstered furniture is filthy. It needs to be either recovered or replaced. The leather furniture is wonderful though. Some lamps either didn't work, or the bulbs were out. Some of the remotes had no batteries. The kitchen is poorly stocked. Who has a condo that will sleep 15 yet only has 8 coffee cups? The toilet in the master bedroom runs water continuously from time to time. Almost all of the covers for the beds had stains on them. And either the washer or the dryer leaves a dark brown oil type stain on almost everything. We love Sterling Beach and stay there quite often. This condo itself is great with a lot of beautiful furnishings. It just needs a little TLC to be perfect. And also to be cleaned before the next guest arrives.

Great family getaway

This was a wonderful get away for us with our adult kids. The unit was clean and comfortable, lots of sunlight, and right on the beach. We were able to enjoy the sand and water, pool and hot tub extensively. Had easy access to area restaurants and enjoyed memorable family meals in the nicely equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds.

No dyer or ice machine

Spent 2 weeks without a dryer or an icemaker for 8 adults. Called and messaged every single day for help. The management co kept saying they needed a part, every single day. We had laundry and wet towels drying every where. Every day. Some of our clothes blew off the balcony to neighbors roof that we had to retrieve. Day before we left both items got fixed after I figured out who owned unit and emailed them. The management co is only offering me a 200.00 refund. I’m super dissatisfied with the service I got.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year at Sterling Beach but first staying in 507. Staff is wonderful and the pool is great.Condo needs a deep clean - candy wrappers under the bunk, utensil drawers with food in them and carpets in living room were stained.Mattresses on the bunks were uncomfortable to the point that the girls needed to sleep elsewhere. You could feel the springs and it made for an unpleasant experience.2nd master off of the front balcony is at least 10 degrees warmer becuase it is at the end of the building with a lot of glass. AC wasn't able to keep up.Most upsetting was not having a dryer for the majority of the stay and finding out it hadn't been working well for the guests before us either. It should have been replaced. We had to make alternative arrangements for laundry which was an expense and time waste that we had not anticipated. When I called to discuss I had expected some sort of financial compensation and a quick apology was all that was offered.

Family Vacation - Party of 16

The unit was clean and ready for us at 4 pm. It was a beautiful unit. I loved the decor. The condo was a perfect fit for us, ten adults and six grandchildren. Everyone had their own space. The beds were comfy. We had everything we needed. If I had a complaint, it would only be that the kitchen faucet needs repaired / replaced. We spent most of our time at the beach which was fun and relaxing. The pool is spacious, clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this unit and I do plan on booking again!
