Happy - a lovely, renovated, seventh floor condo - has everything your need to enjoy your beach vacation, including a large, private, Gulf-facing balcony. Spend quality time in a lovely, seventh-floor condo with everything you need to enjoy the beach - including a large private balcony that looks out over the sea!
Witness incredible sunsets in the evening and occasional visits from dolphins during the day. Inside, relax comfortably on plush furniture with cool air-conditioning throughout all 1,636 square feet. Shiplap details and natural elements create a contemporary feel. Whip up delicious meals together in the well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops. Small appliances such as a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, crockpot, and air-fryer are handy in the large pantry shared with the washer/dryer. Dining space is available at the formal table setting, as well as counter seating. Or, you can dine alfresco out on the scenic balcony. Happy features smart TVā€™s throughout, including a 65ā€¯ TV in the living room for easy streaming of your favorite shows and movies. There is also complimentary high-speed internet. Of course, the incredible views may take all your attention!
