Kitchen with new appliances and quartz counter tops.
Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee makers, toaster oven.

PARKING:
Free parking is available on the property and next to the seawall.

BOAT PARKING: Includes a dock and bait freezer. We allow a 25’ LOA boat max . We can’t accommodate trailers for larger boats. Only one boat/trailer allowed.
