Across the street from the beach 1 Bedroom, 1 bath! Pet friendly and extremely clean and within walking distance to restaurants and activities. Relaxing pool, hot tub, free wifi, satellite TV, free parking and our unit has a washer & dryer for your convenience.

This incredible private condo has everything you need for your stay. From our fully stocked kitchen so you cook to your heart's content to our smaller complex vibe so you do not have the crowds at the pool like the larger complexes, you are bound to have a relaxing time! We are pet friendly and if you do not have pets, do not be worried. We specially treat our unit and super clean after each stay. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Washer & Dryer, Satellite TV, Wifi, the works! Free parking right next to your private condo. Walk for 2 minutes and you are on the beach with your toes in the sand. Outdoor grills on the complex. Come out, relax and enjoy the gulf in this one of a kind beautiful condo.

Office on the premises for picking up parking pass and wrist bands for the pool and hot tub. Vending machine on site.

Pet fee is $50 per stay

You must be 25 years of age to rent.

We enjoyed our stay and was glad we could bring our dog with us. The access to to beach was great and it was near some good places to eat.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and within walking distance of lots of great restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable, and just right for a quick fall getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Communication with our host, Matt, was excellent—he responded quickly to our questions and was so kind and accommodating. We hope to stay again soon!

Lovely

This is our second time staying here. Location is great with the beach and restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable beds, washer dryer, dishwasher and great couch. Will stay again next year!

Perfect beach location

This is my 4th year staying at this location. Directly accross from the beach access, dog friendly. Great location, quick access to everything you may need. The coffee pot is old and doesnt keep it warm, but other than that, it was an excellent place to stay.

Great place

Gulf shore is always wonderful but sadly now you can't take your pet to the beach or the public pools. But this place was great, very clean and the owner is a treasure!!!

Will be back

This will be our third year staying here. It’s great having a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a dog friendly place to stay. I also love the decor, it’s very inviting and cheery. AND this time I noticed how great the shower head is!! It’s so relaxing. Thanks for being available, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay but poor communication

I asked host several months in advance for an early check in time and everytime I messaged him, he never responded. Few days before our trip he finally said an early check in time shouldn’t be a problem. But day of arrival we weren’t able to check in til 3. There was sand on the sheets in one of the beds. Other than that stay was great!

Glad to be home

You pick a date and Mother Nature does the rest. Condo slept good furniture was just ok and that streaming TV was a lot to be desired but it seems like that the going thing. Overall I give the condo a B+

Great Unit!

We had a great time at the paradise unit. It was walking distance to so much. Very kid friendly house and all around the area. The shrimp festival was just a plus! My only recommendation would be a bigger vacuum with the sand and having a pet and children. Over all the property was nice an Matt was amazing with recommendations since this was our fist time at gulf shoes! We will be back again our little boys loved Alabama!

Fall getaway

The condo unit was clean, however there was no after hours outside grounds maintenance nor was there any evidence of security. We did not feel safe at certain times. The location is convenient, nice access to public beach

Nice condo close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a bonus that we could take our dog Rosie! We loved being across the street from the beach where we could rent two chairs and an umbrella for $40 per day. The only problem we had upon arrival, the air conditioner was not on and it was 94 degrees in the condo. We had to leave immediately for the rest of the evening to get it to cool down.

Vacation and birthday trip

My husband and I had a great trip. The beach house was amazing and the hot tub and pool were an added bonus. Beach access was great. The home was clean and the manager was great.

Great beach house

We had such a great experience here! Will definitely stay here again on the next trip to gulf shores. Wonderful atmosphere, the pool and hot tub were clean and perfect temperature. Ocean was a 1 minute walk had great access to local restaurants all within walking distance. Plus there was more than enough parking for all the units which was a bonus

Property was exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of room for our family of 4…just be prepared to share 1 bathroom. Was stocked with everything we could have needed. The location was convenient for getting to the beach and several restaurants. Would recommend and rent again!
