Across the street from the beach 1 Bedroom, 1 bath newly renovated in 2023! Pet friendly and extremely clean and within walking distance to restaurants and activities. Relaxing pool, hot tub, free wifi, satellite TV, free parking and our unit has a washer & dryer for your convenience.

This incredible private condo has everything you need for your stay. From our fully stocked kitchen so you cook to your heart's content to our smaller complex vibe so you do not have the crowds at the pool like the larger complexes, you are bound to have a relaxing time! We are pet friendly and if you do not have pets, do not be worried. We specially treat our unit and super clean after each stay. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Washer & Dryer, Satellite TV, Wifi, the works! Free parking right next to your private condo. Walk for 2 minutes and you are on the beach with your toes in the sand. Outdoor grills on the complex. Come out, relax and enjoy the gulf in this one of a kind beautiful condo.

Office on the premises for picking up parking pass and wrist bands for the pool and hot tub. Vending machine on site.

Pet fee is $50 per stay

You must be 25 years of age to rent.

Location was great. My complaint after staying and talking to several people staying in the same area is that we way over paid. We also checked around the area at other rentals and found several for far less considering it was the off season.

Quick Business Trip

The property was fine. We needed to cancel the last night of our stay due to an unexpected emergency. I tried communicating with the host via voicemail, text and VRBO app message and still have not received a response. It has been 14 days and I still have not received a response. VRBO has also tried contacting the host and he will not respond to them either. We ended up having to leave a day early and just wanted a refund on the night we didn’t stay.

We loved Paradise Isle! It was perfect for us, and we loved how pet friendly it was. Seems like every guest staying had their dog with them as well. The location was right across the street from the beach, you could even see the water from the unit between the palm trees. The walk to the main part of town where most restaurants were was about 10-15 minutes. We were able to walk everywhere and not have to drive all weekend. My only inconvenience was that check in was at 4pm Friday, and the front office closed at 4pm, and no one picked up the number posted on the office when we tried to call. So we were unable to grab a parking pass or pool wristbands, but that didn’t hinder us though and we didn’t experience any problems because of this small inconvenience. Overall, an amazing stay!!!

Excellent accommodations and location

Excellent location, easy beach access and unit is on the back side of the property which provided noise protection from the busy street. Only thing to be aware of is the property didn’t supply beach/pool towels. I didn’t pack any as I assumed they would be supplied so we made due. Didn’t effect us enough to drop from 5 stars.

Very nice place

Everything we needed was provided other than a pizza pan and a regular coffee pot the bed was very comfortable and really liked that it had a stackable washer and dryer and was pet friendly. Loved the location being so close to the beach made it very convenient for our nightly strolls on the beach.

Vacation 2023

We found the condo to be pleasantly comfortable. The beds were very comfortable however pullout sofa mattress is on the thin side. That is not a negative as we travel with a special air mattress to place on top of the pullout mattress. Our family really enjoyed the condo and would stay there again. Plus side was the condo was very close to our extended family condos in the complex.

Pet-friendly and good location

This rental property was in a decent location (right across the street from public access to the beach, had good parking, and had hard flooring so it was easy to keep clean with pets. The unit had all of the basics for our stay and felt safe and comfortable enough. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were closed, and pets are not allowed on any of the public beaches, but that wasn't the owner's fault. The unit could use some more comfortable furniture and window screens to let in the evening air, but it was still a good value for the price.

4 night stay

We were pleased with the stay. The overall cleaning was good. The floors were a little sandy but it is the beach. The biggest problem we had was the mattress on the pullout bed was horrible. If you weighed over 50 lbs it was not a good place to sleep. Other than that it was convenient to the beach, the pool area was very nice, pool was clean and well maintained. Next trip we will stay here again and would recommend it.

The location of this condo is excellent! You are close to the beach, shopping and some restaurants. But, the condo needs to be updated! The furniture is mix and match, needs to be updated and cleaned.
