Across the street from the beach 1 Bedroom, 1 bath newly renovated in 2022! Pet friendly and extremely clean and within walking distance to restaurants and activities. Relaxing pool, hot tub, free wifi, satellite TV, free parking and our unit has a washer & dryer for your convenience.

This incredible private condo has everything you need for your stay. From our fully stocked kitchen so you cook to your heart's content to our smaller complex vibe so you do not have the crowds at the pool like the larger complexes, you are bound to have a relaxing time! We are pet friendly and if you do not have pets, do not be worried. We specially treat our unit and super clean after each stay. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Washer & Dryer, Satellite TV, Wifi, the works! Free parking right next to your private condo. Walk for 2 minutes and you are on the beach with your toes in the sand. Outdoor grills on the complex. Come out, relax and enjoy the gulf in this one of a kind beautiful condo.

Office on the premises for picking up parking pass and wrist bands for the pool and hot tub. Vending machine on site.

Pet fee is $50 per stay

You must be 25 years of age to rent.

This condo was just the escape my family needed AND we got to bring our dogs too! Pool was great and just a walk across the street to the beach. Communication was great and there are restaurants in walking distance.

It was a comfortable stay. Except beds not comfortable. I slept on couch 2 nights. Overall it was a good place to stay. Spoke with owner the previous occupants dog damage to bathroom door. He was veryy nice.

The check-in process was easy. Owner communicated well. The location of the property couldn’t be beat. Literally across the street from public beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The unit could use some updating in the furniture and appliances but overall was decorated cute. The only downfall were the beds. The most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I’m glad we only stayed 3 nights I would have made it any longer.

Great location!

Right across the beach made it so easy for us to walk our pup to the boardwalk and put our feet in the sand! Our teens thoroughly enjoyed the pool not being crowded and the hot tub at night.

We have 2 small dogs (13yrs & 9yrs) and I don’t like to board them. It’s very nice to have a condo option that allows pets. It was just perfect, very clean easy to keep clean.

Cute cottage close to the beach

This was perfect for my husband, myself and our 2 kids. Small, but clean and comfortable. Super convenient to the beach and great pool for the kids too. Would definitely go back!

First of all, Matt was extremely helpful and accommodating. The property was cute, clean, and just what our family of three needed for a brief few days in Gulf Shores. The cottage is in a great location. In walking distance of a small grocery store, souvenir shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly Right

Spent a week in Gulf Shores for baseball tournament. This listing was exactly what we needed. Clean, close to the beach, close to food/activities, wonderful large pool right outside the door, pet friendly, affordable, and comfortable. Host Matt communicated with us well and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Recommend highly.

Wonderful host!

Condo was perfect for our family of 4 and puppy. Rooms were clean, amenities were helpful, location was great, parking was easy! A very short walk across the street to the beautiful white sand beach. Walking distance to some local restaurants as well. The kids loved the pool and the adults the hot tub! Check in process was seamless. So nice to have a washer and dryer while on a beach vacation. Matt is a wonderful gracious host, responded promptly to any questions. Cannot say enough about Matt, would absolutely book with him again!

Convenient location

This is our 3rd year staying at Paridise Isles and 2nd time in this condo in particular. Still right across from public beach access, with good food locations and a pool/ hot tub accessable to guests. Convenient not only in location but it is kid and pet friendly. Could have used more toilet paper and towels for a 5 day stay. And some of the furniture is damaged, air filter was nasty, and beds are hard. But all in all worth the price to be local to the high interest points.

The remote didnt work…

This would have been a good stay w better management and better communication. The place is minimal- no dishwasher, hard beds but clean and good location. Nice pool. We never received an email with info - then asked for it ans still never received. No guest book, no check out time, no info anywhwre in house. The remote didnt work so couldnt even wtach a show. The manager said he would bring one but never showed. ,

Great Beach Proximity

The property itself was great and perfect for us and our four young children. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops, and it nice to have the chlorinated pool as an option when the kids were tired of the beach but still wanted to swim. Having stayed at other such places I remembered to bring laundry detergent and extra bath towels. We ended up having to purchase a toilet plunger to get a toilet unclogged. There wasn’t a plunger in the unit and the front office was closed when we arrived and the next day, and it was the only toilet in the unit. While that was inconvenient the proximity to the beach was amazing. We had a couple situations where one of us needed to head back with a child and it was just right across the street from beach access. Overall, I would choose this place again, but would appreciate having better communication during our stay and all household cleaning tools available.
