This sunlit cottage is at the southern end of the main strip at Hampton Beach away from the traffic & crowds yet just a short walk to it all!

This property has its own private, 2 car, off road parking.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LINENS, BLANKETS, PILLOWS & TOWELS.

There are front and rear decks. The front deck features an outside shower. The rear deck has a Weber gas grill and patio furniture for eating and enjoying outside.

There is NO smoking in the house!!

The open living area is where you’ll find the pull out couches, a pub size table with 4 seats, 55” Smart TV with cable /WiFi and a Blu-ray DVD player.

Other conveniences include: window air conditioning, full size washer/dryer, microwave, an electric fireplace and small fans in bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, silverware, glassware and pots and pans. We provide a full size coffee maker with filters.

There are many fun options just a short walk away...

Free nightly outdoor shows at the Sea Shell, Monday night movies on the beach, major acts at the Casino, mini golf, water slide, fireworks every Wednesday, arcades and more!

Must be over 25 to rent.

We bought this beach house for many reasons but its excellent location, steps to your feet in the sand... sold us! We hope you, your family and friends enjoy our little beach spot and all the beauty that surrounds it!

Just “ducky”

The house was everything we could have wanted and just as advertised. It was very clean and cozy. The home owner was very prompt with any questions we had. It’s location was near everything but not right in the middle of everything. We would stay here again for sure.

“Just Ducky” was a wonderful cottage. Great location. Bright. Clean. The appliances were user friendly. Including the TV & blue ray player. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Easy access to the beach

It was as advertised. Two bed room with pull out couch. It was clean except for the shower curtain liner (which I always bring one with me) no problem with us. More than 4 adults would be pushing it. It's about 5 houses down from the beach. Easily walkable for Sunrise, lunch and anything you forgot to bring down to the beach. Parking for two vehicles is a tight squeeze We had a Honda CRV and Subaru Outback and it was a tight fit.

Cozy Cottage

This cottage is the best we have stayed in, in a long time! We stayed for a long weekend for our son's graduation gift. A nice quiet little deck on the back. The bedrooms were not teeny. Livingroom and eating area is an open concept area. Ice in the freezer. Little accommodations like a toaster, coffee maker, washer and dryer etc made the stay even more comfortable. Neighbors are delightful. Parking takes a little maneuvering but not bad and it is side by side parking not behind each other. Quick little walk to the beach or the Hampton strip which is just what we needed for my mom who can't walk far. Absolutely would recommend this cottage and we definitely want to come back next year but for a longer stay. The host are amazing to work with too! So nice and informative. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Jessica P

Celebration of Life

We traveled cross country to say goodbye to our Yiayia who passed away & this little beachside home brought some joy to that. It had the perfect beachy vibe & was just a short walk to the ocean. We got it because it was listed as a 3 bedroom house with 1 bed being a futon. We asked the host to provide bedding for us as we were flying cross coutry & wouldn't be able to bring it ourselves. Je said he would, but upon arrival there was no bedding for the futon. I contacted the host & he was very quick to respond, but said he was not able to provide us with those sheets or blankets & told us to buy them ourselves. There were also no wash clothes provided in the bathroom to shower with & no tea kettle to boil water with. Luckily there is a great coffee shop right down the street I could get tea from. All in a) we enjoyed our stay.

Cute little cottage

Cozy little cottage. Clean. Steps away from the beach. Kitchen well stocked. Little patio with a grill on the back. Comfortable beds. You need to take your own pillows, blankets, bed sheets and bath towels. Pictures of the living room area should be updated on VRBO. Looks much better now. Big screen Smart TV . Watched Netflix & Prime while we stayed there. Parking space for 2 cars will be too tight. We took one car so we had no problem. I believe you might be able to park outside in the street as well. There’s a great coffee shop in the corner “Coffee break cafe” Excellent communication with the owner, replies really quickly. Portsmouth, Kittery Outlets, York, Rye, New Castle were some of the places we went to while we were there. We enjoyed our stay.

Calm New Hampshire stay

The perfect Hampton getaway!

Everything about our stay was excellent; this is the perfect beach house for a fun Hampton adventure. The house itself had everything we needed, with the two designated parking spots and the very close proximity to the beach being the highlights. The house is cozy, welcoming and tastefully decorated. Our bed was comfortable, and we had plenty of space in our room for clothing and other items. All of the comforts of home are provided here, with a fully equipped kitchen (including a small stove!) and a dining space. This house ended up being one of the best parts of our vacation, and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beach perfect

As usual, our stay at the beach house was just right. It was very hot and having 2 air conditioners was very much appreciated. Being very close to the beach is also an added benefit. Looking forward to our next stay.

Beach house

As usual, our stay at the Beach house was great. Very short walking distance to the beach and the fully equipped kitchen made our stay more affordable. Didn't find the need to eat out often!!! Counting the days for our next visit.

Beach house

We made reservations at the beach house because of our previous experience there and it is so close to the beach. It still does not disappoint, in fact it was even better because the new owners added towels, bed covers and pillows!! The decor was also updated very nicely. Looking forward to our next stay!!!
