COMPLETELY UPDATED! BREATHTAKING GULF FRONT! LARGE POOL!

You are going to be delighted when you enter this fantastic, beautifully appointed beach getaway! The entire condo has been upgraded, so you can enjoy every detail that makes it coastal chic. The open, spacious living/dining area has full length sliders that look out over the turquoise waters of the Gulf! Guests will be required to pay resort for parking for each vehicle, you will receive the link and unit code in your arrival information. Starting 9/23/25 going through 5/13/26 the resort will be doing balcony work, in 2026 they will also be working on street side of the building, pool will be closed from 11/14/25-2/2/26.
This 2/2 sleeps six and lays out like this:

*Fully equipped Kitchen including blender, coffeemaker, toaster and more!
*Gulf Front Master has a King bed with ensuite bath, featuring a dual vanity and stand alone shower. Private balcony access. 32" TV
*Guest room has 2 Queen beds and a 32" TV.
*Hall Bath has a Tub/Shower combo and a single vanity.
*Dining table for 6 and bar seating for 2.
*Balcony outfitted with furnishings to relax while soaking up the rays.
*There is a Stackable washer and dryer located in the unit.

About Watercrest Condominium:

This elegant 18 story high-rise overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is the perfect family vacation resort that offers great amenities, including a large heated pool with expansive sun decks, clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, exercise rooms, and more. Nearby is St. Andrews State Park, Schooner’s and Captain Anderson’s. You're obviously coming here for the beach, and Watercrest Condominiums overlooks the nicest "backyard" you'll ever sink your feet in. Sugary white sands, emerald green waters... all of the picturesque beauty you've heard about in Panama City Beach is right here. You can enjoy it by sitting back and soaking in the sun while listening to the waves. Or, hit the surf for a splash of adventure!

The condo was wonderful! Everything is updated and very nice; there is lots of room in the main living area so you’re not tripping over one another. The view from the balcony was wonderful!The ocean and pool were a little cold for us, so we did not get to enjoy those as much, but the property was fantastic.

Perfect beachfront condo

This place has a ton of room in the living area and plenty of room to sleep 6-8 people. The views were incredible and everything was communicated through text message once there which I really liked.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was super clean and nicely updated — everything felt fresh and comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome, perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in the evening. It’s in a great location too, just a short walk to the beach and some local spots to eat. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for a chill beach getaway. Would totally stay here again!

If we could keep it a secret

The best part of Thomas Drive/PCB. Unit is huge. Balcony too. Great kitchen, appliances, cookware….everything you will need for making any meal. Very comfortable furniture. Our favorite condo.

Watercrest 903 stay

Everything was perfect. The condo was very clean and we were able to get in early. Location to great restaurants and the beach was perfect. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Would recommend and will stay again if we come back to this area.

AWESOME!!

This is the second time we have rented this condo. It is absolutely perfect!! Has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Beautiful view, super clean, and a fully load kitchen! Check in and out is super easy. Will definitely be back and suggest this to all of our friends and family.

Perfect.

This is our second year we have stayed in the condo. First of all, it’s beautiful. Second it’s stocked with anything you would need. Third it has a game cabinet with fun family games. I can’t say enough good things about it. The property is great too. The pool, the cleanliness, the tiki bar by the pool, the access to the beach. Also, there’s not much traffic because you’re a little further down the beach. Front Beach road can get really crowded, but you’re close enough to get anywhere on and around Front Beach if that’s what you like.We will be back next year for sure. Every year hopefully.

This condo was the best condo we have stayed in during any of our PCB vacations (10+)! It was meticulously clean, everything was updated, furniture was perfect, and it was much larger than expected! We will definitely be back!

Amazing view

We had double red flags 2 of our 4 days so I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and soaking in the view! That was truly my favorite. Living area was super comfortable and again, the view made the stay worth the money. Here are my only very minor complaints. The oven mitts and pot holders had burnt food on them and maybe some melted cheese. I ended up washing them before we left. The basic cooking pans/skillets were sparse. Would love to come back and stay again. Maybe during a different time of the year where we could actually enjoy the beach more.

Very nice unit and location

Great updated, clean unit. I've stayed in multiple times over the last few years. It has comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen compared to other places I've stayed. My only complaint is the property management company. Two of my last 3 stays were interrupted by scheduled maintenance that was not communicated to us until after check-in. Having service people in the unit while on vacation isn't comforting to me, when I'm there to relax.

Gorgeous apartment at the beach front!

The apartment already appealed to us in the advertisement. We then rented the apartment for a week at the end of October, beginning of November. The apartment corresponded exactly to the photos in the advertisement and surprised us very positively. The lovely furnishings and beautiful details made us feel at home right from the start. Check-in and check-out were very easy and uncomplicated (email with access code and further information). The apartment is ideally located, all the necessary stores and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. Thank you for the unforgettable time and the extended summer days before our return trip to Switzerland. We would love to come back!

Great space! and Great Beach!

Living room with spacious, with plenty of seating. Dining room table is the perfect size. The second bedroom was a great size and nice. The master bedroom had a beautiful view. The whole entire Ocean side is windows with beautiful views. The only bad is the master bed, the big dip in it. The master bathroom was nice but the shower had a small amount of black goo growing in it. The bad was, it was also on the shower head that we had to clean off ourselves. We didn't contact them about it because we cleaned it ourselves. They may want to inspect after the cleaning is done!
