$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

Nice place to stay

This was such a nice stay. The location was perfect and the rooms were clean. There were plenty of extra bedding and pillows. The beach is super close and you do not have to walk too far down a board walk to get there. Communication with the property manager was excellent and easy. Checking was incredibly easy. We will be staying here again.

Amazing Trip!

Thank you so much for an amazing stay at the commodore! Our condo was flawless… beautiful view of the ocean, super clean inside, property is well maintained, pool is convenient, and above all the staff is amazing. I communicated with Gerald at the property and we were so lucky to have him. He welcomed us to the condo, offered us any help we needed and when I left some jewelry at the condo, he made sure it was delivered to me. Gerald is just a genuine, friendly face that made a new place more welcoming. Thank you!

We love The Commodore! Family atmosphere and no so crowded - Our room was very nice and upgraded. Beds were very comfortable. Had to contact rep for more towels - They were there the next morning. - Excellent service -

The Commodore Condo

The condo was nice, perfect location. The first day, the condo had a musky smell but nothing major. The only concern was the pool/spa area wasn’t lit up enough at nights. There were a few people tripped or stumbled, no major falls, but nonetheless more lights are needed. Security guard hut and cameras overseeing the area which is plus. Location was perfect! Beautiful and peaceful!

Clean condo on 9th floor!!

Condo was clean and comfortable. View was pretty! I realized on the way home I didn't have my favorite necklace on. I looked through everything and it was apparent I didn't have it. I contacted Amber the office manager and she said she would see if the cleaning people found it. I told her I would pay a finders fee. A few days later she sent me a message saying she found it. Necklace was returned and finders fee paid. It wasn't worth tons of money, just special to me. Thank you Amber for going out of your way to find it and return it!!

Love our beach trip.

We have family that are in the RV park across the street and we stay every year at the Commodore. We recommend it highly. We love that Patches and Schooners are both so accessible. The facilities are always clean and everyone extremely friendly.

Another great stay

This is our 3rd time booking our stay at the Commodore, using itrip. We had an issue with something when we got there, emailed them, and the next day they came out to fix it. Loved the stocked kitchen, new pots and pans. Remember to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, as those are only given 1 roll in each bathroom. Also, room 903 had some boogie boards and some beach chairs and sand toys. We brought our own things, but still nice to have had extra chairs to use at the beach. Condo was clean enough, although some areas in kitchen did feel sticky at first, but we usually wipe things down before using kitchen. Also, a big plus, they had some gameboards/games, and a puzzle, in case we were bored.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in unit 903. Plenty room for our family of 8. Unit was well stocked with everything need for our stay. Amazing views from the balcony with plenty of balcony furniture for us all outside. We will be planning another trip to this unit in the future.

Good place to stay where it is not so crowded!

Loved the location! Not crowded and was good location since we were there to fish. Could easily get to and from where we were leaving out from!

Place was great

The Commodore was great. You could tell they were slowly updating the condo itself. Beds were great. Guest room could use black out curtains because at sunrise the room was brighter than the light. Master bath was teeny tiny (smaller than the guest)but we didn’t care. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Patches restaurant was literally next door and we could walk there. We are on the quieter end of pcb and that was fabulous! Will definitely stay here again. Only down fall was they worked on the beach for 2days of our stay and didn’t let us know that and the beaches were completely roped off and off limits. My young kids were pretty upset not getting to walk down in the morning looking for shells or playing right outside of the hotel/pool. I will definitely ask about that kind of stuff before going again.

Everything was justvas listed, there was vomit in the trash can, roaches in the kitchen, bathroom sinks drained very, very, very slowly and the hall shower door kept going off track.

Beach getaway

Awesome oceanfront view from the large balcony. Enjoyed sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning and listening to the waves as well as watching a great thunderstorm one evening. Easy check-in process. The beach chairs included with the stay were a great bonus. The location and the view were amazing, just a short walk and you’re on the beach! Comfortable beds. Condo was close to the elevators. Just make sure to bring everything they tell you to bring including hand soap, coffee filters, salt & pepper. Not well stocked. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
