This is a marvelous property. It’s located near the center of town without being so close that the noise takes over. This is the third time I’ve stayed here and I will use the service again without a doubt.

The condo is like new, nicely furnished with a well-appointed kitchen and lots of towels, including beach towels. Excellent location, minutes from the airport, just a few blocks from the water and the ferry to Playa del Carmen. Plenty of nearby places to eat. Would stay there again.

Excellent property

This is a really nice place. Everything is well maintained and the manager is very responsive. The kitchen is nice and the rooftop pool is a great extra benefit. Highly recommended

Great downtown location

We have always stayed out from town but this was fantastic. You can see a 360 view of the island from the top. The apartment was comfortable and super clean!

Great stay

Great stay at the Distrito Central apartment. The apartment is located in a great spot and close to everything. Check in process is very easy and good communication with Alex. The apartment is large and very comfortable.

Great Location

The views were amazing from the 5th floor and rooftop. Very clean. A great central location to lot of downtown amenities. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

3 week stay

Property is in a great location. Alex, the property manager, communicated well and was very helpful. Only difficulty was getting there as address in Vrbo didn’t match up with location of property.

Cozumel Just off the Square

Place was great for 2 couples. It was fun being so close to all the great restaurants and shopping. It was a short drive to the beach clubs. From the condo we could see both sunrise and sunset.

This is a really nice property

This is a really nice property, centrally located and well set up for two singles or a couple. It was nice to have the concierge at the door. Also has a locked area to keep bikes if you rent one. Absolutely recommend this place.

This place was exactly what we expected and more. It was clean and well kept. The central location was great. We easily avoided the tourist zones and got to enjoy the great local spots.

Quick Dive Trip

Very clean and newer property. Close to downtown for dinning and walking access to pier for boat pick up. Easy communication with staff. Will stay there again.

Great place close to everything

We stayed at the condo for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The unit is large and is well equipped, Modern and comfortable. It is located very close to everything and you can walk everywhere from there. The beds were comfortable and we felt at home. Will definitely considering staying at this apartment next time while visiting the island.

Spur of the moment trip to Cozumel

Very new and clean 7 story building. With elevator. Nice views over town square and to the ocean. Roof top pool was beautiful.

Perfect condo!

We had a great time at this condo! It was very clean and modern. Communication with the property management representative was clear and quick before and during our stay. The views from the bedrooms are great and even better on the rooftop! We really enjoyed the pool and it is just as amazing in person as it looks in pictures, especially at sunset!! The condo itself is very close to the Playa del Carmen ferry terminal (walkable) and surrounded by amazing restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved having the lobby secure and with someone to greet us or see us out every day. Maria was such a pleasure to meet. Alex, our concierge, was very helpful and very responsive! The condo was spotless, the A/C was wonderful to come home to. The rooftop was an awesome spot to watch the sunsets. This condo was perfect for our family of 5.

Perfect Vacation Stay

We were impressed with the condo. It was a spotlessly clean and high end oasis. The location was close to restaurants and the touristy spots of San Miguel de Cozumel but far enough removed for it to be relaxing. Paid public parking is located 1/2 block away. Communication with the host was always prompt and helpful. It was nice to know an answer to my many questions was always available.highly recommend

Great stay in a fab apartment

The place was even better than on photos. You have close to a 360 view on the city. It was extremely clean, kitchen was very well equipped, washing liquid was even provided for the washing machine. The location is ideal, close to the main streets but far enough to avoid any disturbing noise. The pool on the roof was amazing, very modern, ideal to watch the sunset! Communication with Alex was extremely good, he was very responsive and helpful. We had a fab stay!

Perfect place to stay in Cozumel

My husband and I stayed in this property and it was perfect! Alex kept in touch with us throughout our stay and made everything so easy… we even had housekeeping once during our 6 day stay! This condo feels brand new and had everything we needed- and it was spacious with AC and fans- 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms! The condo is in a great location- 6 minutes from the airport, less than a 10 minute walk to popular restaurants and the beach. We mainly walked everywhere besides when we drove our buggy across the island. We highly recommend this property and will definitely come back!!

Beautiful and clean with some moderate noise level

Loved this place. Modern and well equipped, very clean. It's right by the center so expect noise level and also some weird noise coming from the ceiling whenever it's windy. Wish there was a shower gel and shampoo provided. Host provided coffee and basic kitchen supplies which we appreciated. Amazing view from the rooftop. Highly recommend.

Christmas 2023

Great property. Could use an oven as it only has stove top burners. There is a dog kennel close to the property and the dogs bark all day long which is a little annoying..

Heavenly

Everything we expected and more. This place is better than the pictures. Close to town, close to the beaches, close to restaurants. Perfect location. We rented a car and parking was never an issue. All the essentials are at the property. They even had a cooler with ice packs in the freezer. Air conditioner in every room. Comfortable beds. Rooftop view and pool with hot tub was a great bonus! Alex, our host was wonderful. He provided us with all the information for fun activities. I would highly recommend this place. It’s safe, clean and location is great if you want to stay in town.
