Condo 5E in Cozumel's amazing community, El Palmar. It offers spectacular views of the Caribbean from it's floor-to-ceiling sliding doors overlooking the sea.

The condo has a spacious layout with between kitchen, dining room and living room with comfy furniture and a gourmet kitchen. Both bedrooms come with private bathrooms and the master has direct access to the amazing balcony.

Guests of 5E will enjoy swimming in the immaculately maintained fresh water pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The pool deck is dotted by plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs and beds covered with sunshades. There are showers downstairs from the pool. Guests also have access to a tennis court, basketball court and a kids' area with a trampoline and playhouses in a grassy area.

Plus as guests of 5E, the rental management company, Your Cozumel Vacations, will be available to you before and throughout your stay to assist you with anything you need to make your stay more relaxing including arranging dive or snorkel trips, fishing trips, rental cars, massage, and more! Chef service and shopping service are available. Maid service is included. Your Cozumel also can provide rental cars from its rental car company, Quatro Amigos, with cars starting at $40 usd/day including tax and full coverage insurance.


Palmar is a secure building with plenty of parking. Scooter rental and 24 hour convenience store are right outside the gate. It is conveniently located on the oceanfront road near restaurants like Tikila, Paprika, Ernesto's Fajitas and Sunset Bar.

8 days of wonderful!

This was the perfect landing spot for our self-directed Cozumel experience! We enjoyed coffee each morning on the large porch, watching the cruise ships come into port. The days were full of exploring and fun, and it was great to have this well-appointed and extremely comfortable spot to return to in the evening. We used the pool and hot tub a couple of times, very nice as well. The property managers were extremely responsive and had great recommendations for restaurants and activities!

Cozumel Dive Trip

The condo was clean and well kept. The Host was very responsive and readily available for anything needed. Also assist with a car rental, which was much appreciated and a much better experience.

Nice. Condo

Our second time on the island and first at this location. In many ways it was the ideal location as it’s fairly central and was along the Ironman bike course enabling family to spectate without having to go too far. Would definitely stay here again.

Check these

Communication is responsive. The only three things I would suggest you check for, 1) Pillows on the couch have a odd odor. They are in desperate need of cleaning as well as the cushions, 2) The air filter was dirty. We were sneezing the first two days before noticing and reporting and 3) The dish washer door could not be shut due to the height and the depth of the washer. This part is a personal preference but the Master bedroom pillows are too flat. Aside from that, the location and view is nice and the response from any communication was handled within reason.

Convenient and Comfotable

Highly recommend, we were able to spread out, have meals/snacks here, get work done with the great wifi and do laundry. It makes vacation packing lighter if you can run a load of wash. The view is beautiful, especially when the cruise ships go away! The water does not get hot like we are used to in the US. According to our friends from the US that live here that water situation is fairly typical for Cozumel. We did not mind as it was August but may be a challenge if you have been diving all day in the winter and come back needing to warm up. The unit has kitchen and laundry basics and they even left some snacks for us. The boys loved watching Netflix during downtime after dives. Will absolutely be booking this location again. Thanks for all!
