An amazing house, steps from the sand with 6 star hospitality. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and comfortably sleeps 10. This beautifully decorated home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an island, coffee bar, bathrooms with soft towels and ready made beds with linens and blankets. There are TV’s in each bedroom and living room all equipped with ROKU…YouTube TV, Disney+, ESPN+, HULU and Paramount +. We offer a plentiful assortment of kitchen and bath amenities for convenience, including in-shower toiletries, makeup removal cloths, hair dryer and beach towels.
-Fully equipped kitchen amenities include both a Keurig & auto drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, pots, pans and an assortment of utensils for home cooked meals.

-For your enjoyment, we provide you with a variety of K-Cups, filter coffee packs, individual coffee creamer, sugar and Splenda. -A variety of Tazo teas is furnished for you as well.
-Along with oil and spices, there is a plentiful supply of dishwashing soap, hand soap, dish towels, sponges for your convenience.
-There is a large deck off of the kitchen with a grill, grill utensils and a beautiful polywood table and chairs that is perfect for an evening of Al Fresco dining.
-All queen and king beds include new Zinus memory foam mattresses and luxury pillows.
-The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a large closet and a private bathroom.
-The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin size bunks beds with a trundle, perfect for kids.
-Downstairs, with a private entrance, you will find the fourth bedroom with 2 queen beds along with a private bathroom. This area has its own split unit for A/C and heat.
-USB ports on night stands in each bedroom.
-There is a full size washer/dryer with laundry detergent located in the second bathroom.
-In the laundry area, you will find a full size ironing board with an iron and laundry basket.
-Downstairs on the parking level, you will find a storage room with beach items for your convenience including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, beach buckets for building amazing sandcastles and a corn hole board with bags.

We have a Ring doorbell on the front entrance and a Ring backyard camera.

We had a fantastic time. The location is outstanding and the home is beautiful. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities were top notch. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were very responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

This was a perfect home for my family! Loved the easy access to the beach especially with our 1.5 year old! We watched beautiful sunsets every night on the back porch. The putt putt was a great addition and our daughter loved it. We had 4 adults and 1 child. The included pack and play and high chair was a nice touch so we did not have to pack ours. Would definitely stay here again!!

Happy Daze was awesome. Everything was so nice, furniture, cookware, amenities, convenience to the beach. Best Vacation Rental

This was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in!The owners thought of everything possible needed for your stay. Many nights were spent around the gas fire pit roasting marshmallows while playing putt putt. This home is steps from the beach! The owners have all your beach necessities and more. We will be staying here again!

Ocean Isle Beach House

The house was very nice. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach which was a nice secluded cove that was great for children. The kids really enjoyed the mini-golf course. Well equipped with chairs and other accessories to take to the beach. Definitely would return.

Nice family trip

This home was exactly as we expected location, easy entry, well stocked with everything we needed. The home’s decor was inviting and comfortable. We had rain and shine and felt like we didn’t need to go home early due to no sun!The beach, grocery and restaurants were all very close. We had great communication with our hosts and hope to return for another visit.

First time to Ocean Isle

Our stay was great. Great location. Literally steps to the beach. The outdoor shower was great and helped keep the sand outside and not in the house. Having the beach equipment already there was so helpful. I can’t help but be up early, even on vacation, so my favorite part is to sit with my coffee and watch the sunrise and in the evening watch the sunset. You have great view of both from the back deck. If you want to be away from the center of town and have paradise to yourself, this is the part of the island you want to be on and this home was perfect.

Exceptional House and Stay!

This house was exactly as it was advertised and is a 10 out of 10 property. This place was super clean and very spacious. The owner was very responsive and friendly. They have really thought of everything needed for a family to come and enjoy a relaxing time at OIB. I will definitely rent from them again. Had so much fun!

Perfect family weekend

We had a wonderful time with our extended family at Happy Daze. The bottom bedroom worked great for a mother in law suite. If we ever need to rent again, we will certainly return!

Perfect family vacation spot!

Everything we needed was available on the property. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We had the best sunset views from the back deck. In the morning, the sunrise view was breathtaking.

Great Location / Great Place

The house was very clean and had everything we could ask for. It’s a short stroll from the beach and close to the golf courses in the area. The putt putt course was a very fun addition! If we are ever back in the area, we will be looking to stay here again.

East End Gem

This house was in a wonderful location to walk right to the quiet east end groin area of the beach. It has a beautiful view of the inlet/ocean from the front porch. The putt putt and fire pit were great for entertaining all ages and winding down each evening. The house was so cozy and came furnished with everything you needed plus a great coffee bar as an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent property and location

Relaxing spot near the water

This place was just what our family needed to disconnect and reconnect. Very short walk to water--excellent for the kids. Lots of great foraging on the beach as well! Would definitely recommend!

We grew up in small town NC and attended college in NC as well. We have always enjoyed family vacations in NC and especially on the coast. After retiring from the medical field, we decided to buy a home on the beautiful island of Ocean Isle and we would love to share our home with you. We want our friends, family and guests to enjoy our little piece of tranquility and relax and unwind from the stresses of life!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Family friendly neighborhood on the famous east end of the island. We are located on a dead end street with direct access to the beach. This section of the beach is not crowded.
