I was so pleasantly surprised with everything this condo had to offer. It was the perfect size and the neighborhood is adorable, you never have to leave if you don’t want to. The beach is private and within walking distance, there are swimming pools, places to eat, etc. It was the perfect vacation.

Perfect spot for a long weekend!

The unit was a great size and great functionality for our family of 3 for a long weekend. The little town strip is perfect and we got breakfast there every morning. The pool located on the beach was so unique and absolutely made our experience! Great view from the patio. Great responsiveness from Rich and the housekeeper when we had one housekeeping request.

Affordable beach vacation!

The condo was very nice and in a great location. A little far away from the beach but there are bikes to rent so it is not so bad! We would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed the pool and the beach during our stay. Cute little community and the condo had everything that we needed. The owner was super helpful and easily reached. We will definitely be returning.

Carillon Beach Rental

Had so much fun at Carillon Beach. The condo was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. The amenities were also way more than we expected. The beachside pool was our favorite hangout spot since there was direct access to the beach, pool, and restrooms. I also agree with the other reviews, super comfortable bed! Will be staying here again.

Great community! Private beach was the BEST!

The place was comfortable and quiet even though it was next to the road. We loved the ease of the rental. Even though we used VRBO the folks at the front desk were very helpful. It was close to a great pizza place and a little beach cafe. The pools were very nice and convenient and never crowded. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach which was beautiful and much less crowded than the public beach. We would definitely return.

March Stay at Carillon Beach Lake View Condo

This locations is great - overlooks the lake & Gulf off in the distance & has breakfast & lunch & coffee & wine in the neighborhood. Lots of trees & green spaces & walkable & slower than south FL. Apartment was clean & comfy & we used the outdoor table on the deck a lot. Kitchen sink & stove were small & there wasn't an over - but we made due just fine. Owner was very helpful & check in was very easy. Will come back again. Thanks for a nice get away!

Perfect in every way!

I'd never been to Carillon Beach Resort before and had no idea what to expect. The construction equipment outside the main building where we were staying threw me, but all of that will probably be finished and cleared up soon. That's the only negative I can think of. The condo was super clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in besides my own. The view from our balcony was directly at the lake in front of us and you could see the ocean just over the buildings and homes on the other side of the development. A pleasant walk around the neighborhood and we were on the beach. There are pools, restaurants, and more on the property and it's just far enough away from the heart of PCB to be quiet and, in my opinion, more enjoyable. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. So glad I discovered this place!

We have stayed In numerous units in this development and this BY FAR is the worst. It was dirty and obviously had no one in it for and extended period of time . No shampoo,soap, toilet paper . Cable tv did not work the entire time we were there - place needs to be completely renovated . Holes in the wall paint scratches everywhere . Owner more worried about his RING doorbell than he is about making a rental that works! Rent somewhere else! Much better units in the development ! Terrible stay!
