Cannot adjust AC unit only 5 degrees locally. It was set on 81 & was hot in house trying to sleep. Expensive house to have sleep uncomfortable

This property had a beautiful view. Very well kept, and very clean. The living areas are large. Everyone had their own space. And the pool was wonderful after a long day on the beach!

Great location & Very Clean House

Great family home. Very spacious for our entire family of 6 adults and 3 children. Bathrooms in every room. Large family area and Kitchen. Great open plan house. On the oceanfront with easy access directly to beach from back porch.

Great house! Amazing access to beach and gorgeous views! Nice quiet area though home is next to public beach access, fyi. Supplies from management company were minimal which was annoying given the cost. They were supposed to notify us if available for earlier check in but never did. So 5 stars for the house, owner furnishings and kitchen gadgetry. Well stocked on that end and we had a great beach week!

Really nice house with a few caveats

The house itself is great, and the beach was very nice. Kitchen is well stocked. TV's and furniture are very nice. Overall we had a good stay. There's even a Tesla wall charger in the parking area, though I don't know if renters are allowed to use it as it's not mentioned in the description. A few things kept me from giving it 5 stars though. The beds are all too firm! I get that the owner may like a firm bed but some renters may not; with so many beds, maybe a few of them could be softer for side sleepers? Also the house gets a lot of road noise as it's much closer to the main road than to the ocean. There's no sleeping in for those in the front-facing rooms once morning road traffic picks up.

The house was well furnished and the pool was great, but the unit has some maintenance issues that affected our stay and although reported on Sunday, they were never repaired! Our stay started off badly as the unit was not cleaned and ready to enter until about 5:15! Right away we noticed several things that were broken. The spicket on the board walk coming in from the beach did not work. The outdoor shower was just a rusty pipe without any shower head attached. Inside we noticed a large wet spot on the ceiling that was wet to the touch. It appeared that an upstairs shower was leaking on the ceiling. That same bathroom had a faucet on one of the sinks that was loose and would move around. I called and left a message on Sunday and a maintenance man came by that afternoon and agreed that they all needed to be fixed. But nobody came to fix anything all week! The leak in the ceiling started dripping on the furniture on Thursday night, so I went by your office on Friday to alert you AGAIN! The same man came out and advised us to stop using that bathroom all together! He did fix the loose faucet and lubed the front door knob which was very sticky, but nothing else was ever repaired! Another inconvenience is that none of the bathrooms have any towel racks, and you have to hang wet towels on the doors or outside on the porch rails. With the amount of money we paid to rent this house I would have thought that many of these issues would have been addressed during our stay.

Fall Family Vacation

Great beach vacation house. Well designed for adults & children. A few glitches: locks on gates securing the pool need to be repaired after Hurricane Ian’s wind to be sure small children are safe. The propane tank ran out in the midst of cooking a fresh seafood feast! Tank was re-filled next morning. All else was perfect. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
