Welcome to our quiet getaway @ the beach. Our updated condo is located in North OC/ocean block & includes many amenities -an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower & parking spots! The condo is a one bedroom with two full baths. All linens, towels, & starter toiletries are included as well as 2 smart TVs, full kitchen, wifi, washer/dryer, etc. The unit over looks the pool and is just steps to the beach. We also provide beach gear as well. Located minutes from Fenwick Island and Northside Park.

*the unit is located on the second floor. Note** there are only stairs to access. No elevator. End unit with lots of views.


Bedroom:
-Queen sized bed is very large and has its own full bathroom (full size shower/tub)
-Closet with hangers, extra pillows, blankets

Living Area:
-The living room has a pull out queen sleeper sofa.

-island w/ 2 bar stools

There is a second full bathroom in the hallway (standing shower). Has a closet w/ shelving.

-Full kitchen area w/ pots, pans, bowls, etc
-Keurig & coffee maker

-Silverware, bowls, plates

-Refrigerator: note does not have automatic ice maker

3 night minimum stay

*Please note: must be 25 or older to rent. We do not rent to high school seniors.

*no pets, smoking or loud noises from 11pm-8am

-Bring your TV subscription passwords to access on the TVs during your stay.
