Fully Remodeled Second Level Home on South Bayfront!

3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom

SLEEPS 10 with Rooftop, Balcony, Laundry

This home will check off every box when looking for the perfect vacation getaway!

The home is literally on the Boardwalk where you will be sitting just steps to the Beach + Bay. Not to mention the convenience of having the main street, Marine Ave., just around the corner where you can walk to all the shops, restaurants + sweet treats (the famous frozen bananas at Dad's)

The home is a duplex, you will have access to upper level apartment.

It has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (one with a laundry area). The Master bedroom consists of a King Bed and a Day Bed that also has a trundle (two twins). Second Bedroom has a King bed and a chair that opens up into a twin bed. The third bedroom consists of a bunkbed (queen over queen). Access to the rooftop through a ladder with tremendous views of the Newport Bay. The kitchen is fully remodelled and the spacious living/dining room opens up to another amazing view of the bay with a balcony.

We look forward to hosting you and your family where we know you will make many amazing memories that will be cherished for years to come. Please let us know if there are any special requests or accommodations and we will definitely see what we can do.

Amazing Property and Wonderful Host

We had a fantastic stay in this home. Nikki was very responsive before and during our stay. We highly recommend this rental. We’d definitely stay here again when visiting Balboa.

Perfect Balboa Island location

Loved being on the strand in this comfortable property. I will miss the view from the 2nd floor deck and the easy access to the town and the beach with all the beach toys you could want. Hosts have thought of everything you need for an accommodating stay. Only down side is some noise from the lower level guests… we would love to rent both units the next time we visit. Bonus: the noises could not be heard from the quiet rooftop perch!

Gorgeous property in great location.

We loved everything about our stay. The house was beautiful & well thought out. We loved the extras, like quantity soaps, spices in the pantry, puzzles & game, and the paddle boards were the best touch!

Beautiful and BEST location!

We’ve stayed at Balboa for many years and this is by far the best location - on the water and right around the corner from the shops and restaurants. The home was beautiful with top of the line furnishings and appliances and plenty of space for us. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful property in prime location. Had a 360 degree view of 6 different fireworks shows from the rooftop patio. Great design, host was awesome.

Perfect relaxing vacation spot

My family and our friends stayed here and had the best time. We took everything slowly and enjoyed the location that was so fun. We loved being able to walk to everything and be on the beach but without the crowds. The view is stunning and the location can’t be beat. The home is well taken care of and feels cozy and modern all at once. We can’t wait to come back.

Loved, highly recommend

This property is at such a great distance, walking distance to the ferry and all you need for your stay. It’s designed and decorated beautifully. Home is stocked with all the essentials we keep at our house, making our stay so easy and enjoyable. The owners are very communicative and friendly. I would highly recommend this place. We definitely want to stay here on a future trip again.

What a wonderful holiday!

We stayed over the Christmas holiday. The location was amazing right on the water, with a stunning view of all the boats going by and holiday lights. We had a garage spot which is critical at this time of year, as the island is busy. All he houses are decorated and the owner Nikki had decorated the house and outside with lights. Very festive. There’s lots to do and we were in the best location being on the second floor. The home itself was up to date and really perfect for the 4 of us. It even had 3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms. We will be back!!

Perfect location!

Clean, comfortable, perfect location on water and Marine is two seconds away. Very well-equipped with household items, paddle boards, etc. Loved the outside terrace! Owners are very accommodating and easily communicate. Note: garage has a low ceiling. We rented a large SUV and it was too tall to use the garage parking. My daughter used it instead with her mid sized SUV. Overall: very nice! Thank you, Nikki!

Top Shelf, Top Floor

This is a very nicely-appointed unit in a wonderful location. All touches are “top shelf” and new/ fresh. We had lots of trouble with our living room television (since it’s the kind that streams it often froze or glitched) but the manager was quick to respond and came several times to fix it until it finally worked mid-trip. Our only surprise was just how much the two units share the access to beach (from the top unit you walk right through the patio of the bottom unit). In our case the bottom floor tenant was lovely and understanding so after the awkwardness of the first day, we all forgot about it and just came and went with a wave. :-). Recommend!
