Situado en el centro, nuestra casa dúplex está situado a sólo 3 casas de la playa en el número 37 / 38th Street! Aquí es donde los socorristas entran en la zona de la playa, con una amplia trayectoria plana y limpia-a-puerto baños (aunque yo-entrenado para ir al baño a mis hijos traerlos de vuelta a la casa, estamos tan cerca!). La casa está a poca distancia a los helados de la tía Bee, el famoso Ernest & Sons mercado (que figuran en Diners, inmersiones y Drive-Ins) y Hooper de mariscos y es de 2 casas de la ruta en bicicleta que navega la isla.

Este anuncio es para la unidad inferior: 3 dormitorios, 1. 5 baños, terraza frontal w / mecedora del porche para disfrutar de los sonidos del océano y brisas, de nuevo patio cubierto pavimentadora, sala de estar con vida para 5 y 50 "televisión de pantalla plana, y moderno comer -en la cocina. Es ordenado, limpio, y la casa de playa perfecto. Tenemos seguro a internet WiFi.

Hay aparcamiento en la calle, una ducha exterior cerrado w / agua caliente / fría, y un bonito césped y 4 etiquetas de playa.

We been coming to Brigantine for 15 years and we've had good places as well as bad. April's home was very welcoming, clean and beautiful. It was so close to the beach as well and basketball/tennis/mini golf, etc. Upon arrival, April greeted us and treated us like family. Outdoor shower had perfect pressure and space. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Basketball tournament in AC

In town for highschool basketball tournament in AC. Great location, quiet street, close to beach and walking distance to ice cream and other food options! Great communication with owner!

Loved our stay!

The place was perfect for what we wanted. We had a group of 7 with three kids and it worked perfectly for us. Very cute, very clean and we loved how close it was to the ocean and restaurants/ice cream. April the owner was amazing and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay, accommodating us with anything we needed. Once I got home, I realized I forgot my work laptop at the condo. I contacted April and she went above and beyond to make sure it got back to me safe and secure. Very highly recommend renting from April, you will love your stay!

Great property and location!

We stayed here with 2 families of 4 (8 guests), the youngest was 3. We had room for everyone. The location is great, very close to the beach. Also super close to groceries and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a life saver with sandy kids, as is the onsite laundry. The host was very nice and responsive, it really helped make this one of my easiest trips to plan. We were there for an event at the Sheraton AC Convention Center and it was a quick and easy drive. We’ll definitely stay here again

last minute beach trip

The house was a perfect aize, super cute and beachy. Has a front porch we sat on at night and in the morning. Quick walk to beach (beach block) Block was quite. Owner was super friendly and was there if we needed anything! Would book here again and totally recommend this cute place!

Great location, Fantastic hist

April, the super host, could not have been better. She was friendly, helpful and spent a lot of time describing the restaurants in the area to us. Her property was very very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. The television system worked great. It’s a short walk to the beach. And a short drive to anywhere else you would need to go in Brigantine. Close to the pickle ball courts if that interests you. The outdoor area was wonderful, a front porch And a back patio area. We would definitely be returning customers. No question about that. Thank you April.

Family friendly and close to beach

My family and I had a great stay. Easy walk to the beach. Walk or short drive to coffee, pizza, ice cream, etc. April was easy to communicate with and made sure our trip went without a hitch.

Wonderful charming stay

Very clean, comfortable and accommodating. A very short walk to beach. April was very communicative about checkin and available for any (minor) request. Enjoyed Brigantine and will definitely return. Cute place, immaculate, awesome location for me and my family of 4. Would highly recommend

Weekend Getaway

Really great experience! House is very clean and accommodating. The location of the home is perfect for any type of family. With having small kids we were close enough to the beach that nap time was a breeze. Eat in kitchen with additional counter seating and the half bath was really nice with having a few people in the house. Close to a few location where you can drive on the beach (permit permitting). Definitely will be staying here again next year! April was awesome, she came by at the end of our stay to check in. Was great to meet her and nice to have a personal connection.

Great place!

We enjoyed our week in Brigantine. This property is in a great location. It is close to the beach on a quiet street. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The house is comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely rent again.

Great location

The house was so close to the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The owners even provided us with four beach tags for the week. Not only was the condo perfect, but so we’re the owners. They were so down to earth and easy to get along with. We would absolutely recommend this rental property to anyone looking.

Brigantine Beach Vacation 2019

Best beach vacation I have had in years. One walking block from the property and your on the beach, the property was very clean and well kept. Its a perfect location with a very short drive to the grocery store, and other beach shopping.

Fantastic Last Minute Reservations/Stay

We originally had reservations in Nags Head NC, but hurricane Florence put an end to that. We searched VRBO, found a place in Birgantine, NJ. The owner was Fantastic, she understood our plight, reserved it for us with less than a week to go. Made the entire transaction super easy. Her condo was exactly as advertised, had everything we could possibly need, including all kitchen paraphernalia, even had some paper products ready for use(just incase we didn't make it to the store immediately). We were very close to the beach(walking distance). Close driving distance to many attractions. (We wanted to stay in a quiet, residential area with access to entertainment). April Spaltro, that's the owner is one of the nicest landlords I have ever worked with. She made everything so easy. She even let us pay with pay-pal. How many other owners can say that. The condo was clean, and very relaxing, just what the dr. ordered. I would definitely stay there again, and/or recommend anyone looking for a condo, check her out first. You won't regret it. We even had 2 16 yr. old grand-daughters with us, and everyone knows how hard girls can be to please, they loved everything about the condo and the location. I wish all of our traveling experiences was this easy and enjoyable. Only possible complaint I could even write is that there was not a T.V. in every bedroom. I know, when you are on vacation you are not supposed to spend all your time in front of a t.v. but some of us are physically challenged and tucker out easy. Hence the t.v. Also, I am used to sleeping with a T.V. The living room did have an excellent 55" screen t.v. with many premium channels. So , I guess the sacrifice of no t.v. in all the bedrooms could be overlooked. Fantastic Time. !!!!!

Great house!

We had a great week at this house! Clean property, close to the beach, everything we needed. The owners were there staying upstairs the week we were there, and they were very helpful and nice. The beach on the island is beautiful, wide and clean. Thanks so much!!

Just what we needed...

Lovely, relaxing spot steps from the ocean and close to everything you need (including D&D!) The house was very comfortable and the best part was April offering to extend our check out time and we took full advantage :) Perfect for a girls weekend or family stay. Our weather was less than ideal, and it was still great.

Great Stay!

House was super clean and well stocked. We cooked every meal and it worked well. Exactly as described. It was super hot the week we were there and the owner put in a small AC unit into the kids bedroom after we mentioned it was a bit warm in that room. She attended to every need. Really is a "cutie" of a house. Very functional. Would recommend. We were a family of 5, 3 adults, a 15 year old and an 11 year old. So close of a drive to the AC boardwalk, casinos (for the adults. Mini golf on 42nd St. and Aunt B's ice cream, as well as supermarket all within walking distance. Perfect for the 5 of us. Thanks April!!!

Clean well located.

The place was clean. We felt very safe, very family oriented neighborhood. Well located to beach and all emenities; grocery, meat market, bakery, ice cream (very important). Everything within biking/walking distance. April couldn't have been more accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, clean property

Our family really enjoyed our stay at April's home. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. April was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Her home is lovely, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has every amenity you need to prepare meals, the beds were comfy, just a perfect beach home. It is beautifully decorated, right down to the artwork and furnishings. It truly was a home away from home. It was evident that everything in the home was selected with great care for guests to enjoy. We look forward to returning!!

Great summer rental

We had a lovely week staying at this beach house. The house is decorated very beachie which is fun. The house is in a very walkable location to the beach and close to restaurants. Bikes were available to us to use, but we never got a chance to ride. Maybe next time. We were on the top floor and we never heard any noise from below. We enjoyed dining out on the deck and feeling very comfortable in a home away from home so close to the beach. April, the owner, was very responsive and kind, making sure our vacation went smoothly.

My husband and I have had our beach home and have been hosting summer guests for over 20 years! We love our beach retreat and enjoy seeing families and friends gather here, enjoying all Brigantine has to offer, making memories to last a lifetime. We have families that come back year after year and I enjoy watching the families and children grow up.

It's all about the beach! Our place is the 4th house from the beach and is easily walkable to go back and forth for lunch, drink refills or the restroom.
