Casa de playa cómoda y hogareña ubicada en Brigantine, NJ 1. A 5 cuadras de la playa. 4 bd, 2 baños completos, sala, comedor, cocina, cuarto de lavado, 1/2 entrada circular que tiene capacidad para 3 autos y estacionamiento adicional en la calle. Patio trasero incluye área de patio, mesa de patio, sillas, cojines para acomodar a 8 y una ducha al aire libre donde podrá disfrutar de bebidas y cenar al aire libre. Ven a ver por qué amamos nuestro hogar lejos del hogar en Brigantine con sus playas vírgenes, vida animal y ritmo familiar. Ubicado cerca de AC Marina, cerca de Borgata y otros casionos.
La propiedad no está disponible para alquilar para menores de 21 años.

We had a wonderful time in Brigantine! The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of beds, very clean and functional space, and a short walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive. We would absolutely rent here again!

Ann is a wonderful host. The whole house is very clean and well stocked. We found everything as it was explained. We really appreciated the email from Ann with property and area details. Check in was super simple.

Great Get Away With the Kids

The house was everything we needed for a nice quiet stay at the beach! Very clean, and it was super helpful that it had a lot of the furniture needed for kids 3 and under. Host had great communication!

Birthday last minute getaway

This was an absolutely amazing weekend. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the house was a perfect location to both north and south ends. I have never stayed at 20th street and the beach/ weather did not disappoint. The backyard was lovely, perfect size for our family of 4 and the bunny who joined us every evening. I would definitely stay again. There a gas stove/ oven, humongous washer and dryer, ice maker (we bought the same one after we got home) and outdoor shower. I especially like the front area, easy to rinse off sand and clean up beach chairs. I sat out there in the morning with my coffee.

Lovely place with all the comforts of home

We had a wonderful week at this lovely house. Well-equipped kitchen. Crib, high chair, and toys for a baby or toddler. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Excellent communication with owner.

Amazing house and location for a family!

We could not have asked for a more perfect house for our stay down the shore! Super clean, all the kitchen / house supplies we could ever need, outdoor shower, and washer / dryer. My boys loved the bunk beds, and the walk to the beach was perfect distance for their little legs. Walking distance to the shark park and Lascalas! Highly recommended for a small family and would love to stay here again! Ann was SUPER helpful with allllll of my “mom” questions leading up to the trip. Her home is lovely! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and create memories here.

Enjoyed our family stay

This was our first vacation as a family of 4 with two children under 3. We had a blast. There were a few small issues that arose and Ann was extremely attentive and responsive. We would return!

Great Location

The house is super confortable and located at a walking distance from the beach. It was perfect for 2 families. The beach is super. No crowded and nice waves everyday.

Perfect location, very comfortable

We had a great stay! The yard was so nics for my kids to play in post beach. Tvs in every bedroom was a fun treat! The house is located an easy, walkable distance from beach. Property itself is spacious and well maintained. Lots of amenities for a family who prefers to make meals at home. We would book again!

Great house for family with young kids

This house was perfect for a stay with young kids (5 and under). The house had everything we needed for the week with kids- a highchair, crib, pack n play , toys, and a water table. It was very convenient not having to bring these things.

A great stay!

My family and I stayed at Ann's house for 2 wonderful weeks. The house was well-appointed, clean, airy and bright. The house is a short walk to the beach and when we weren't at the beach, the kids were playing in the lovely and well-maintained backyard. Ann was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I have a child with severe food allergies and we needed to make sure the kitchen was given extra attention as far as cleaning before we arrived. Ann and her cleaning team made sure the house was in perfect condition for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House in Brigantine Beach!

Great house, in a wonderful location! We were a party of adults with one 10 month old. The crib and high chair that were provided were a great plus. It was a short walk to the beach and the back yard was a wonderful place to hang out or have dinner. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the check-in was super easy. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect Fit Home

What a wonderful stay! The home is so well equipped and well kept. We had everything we needed. Ann was very responsive through email and text, and we felt very comfortable with her cleaning protocols for COVID. The house is on an extremely quiet street, but close to everything. We feel so lucky to have found such a perfect stay for our yearly, extended family vacation.

Amazing stay and experience!

Me and a few friends rented the house for a weekend and had an amazing time. The house is extremely spacious and has an amazing backyard to hang out in. It's in a very nice and quiet neighborhood as well. Ann is an amazing host! She gives you a ton of helpful information before you check-in and is always quick to respond if you have any questions. Would highly recommend staying at Ann's place!

Alot of heart and soul has gone into this home, and I hope that you, as our guests, will find it as comfy and happy as we do. Please take care of this property as you would yours -- as this is our home away from home too!

1.5 blocks from beach, great neighborhood and neighbors. Very close to AC Marina. Family friendly lots of baby gear, toys, books, games -excluding stroller. Newly renovated kitchen! Fully stocked kitchen with every amenity to feel like you are home. . Great backyard to dine Al fresco. Grill and chill on the backyard!
