Walk from the screened patio to the pool and the beach in seconds. A great convenience if you have children or want to avoid elevators. Beautiful sunset views outside or from inside the unit. Brand new kitchen and appliances including a convection oven, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee makers, etc. The Kitchen is fully equipped. King size adjustable bed in MBR with private bathroom, walk-in closet, and two Queen size adjustbable beds in the second BR and a full bathroom. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Patio is 10' x 30' with direct access to the beach. Smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room.

No smoking or Pets are allowed in these Crystal Sand units.

Crystal Sands is just 2 miles from the popular Siesta Key Village with shops with free shuttle buses that pick up passengers for transporation, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Also the south Siesta Key area also includes restaurants, grocery and liquor stores, bike and water sports rentals. Many of the bars and restaurants have live music

The property is wonderful. It is steps from the pool and extremely close to the beach. The distance to restaurants and grocery store is easily walkable. The unit is brand new and as advertised. We can’t wait to get back to our “happy place.”

On the Beach

Crystal Sands, Siesta Key

Awesome location! Very accessible to beach and pool. Jim and Kristine were very accommodating and helpful in every way, even allowing us to extend our stay for a few days. The entire campus was secure but also very relaxed. No security guards breathing down your neck over every small detail but still present. Hands down the best place we've stayed on SK.

Crystal Sands

It is a well equipped 2 bed/2bath condo on ground floor. The landscaping has taken a hit with the 2 hurricanes last fall but they are working on restoring the landscaping. The condo itself was great. The condo owners were very responsive in a timely manner to my question with the door locking mechanism due to the replaced weather stripping.

Home away from home

This condo is your home away from home. It has everything you need. The condo is beautiful and updated. The owners have thought of everything. They are welcoming and helpful. The condo itself is conveniently located by the pool and steps to the beach. The sunsets are breath taking. You will have a vacation that is memorable and easy. The owners are the best.

Beach front condo

The place was well equipped and stocked with a lot of the essentials. It is conveniently located. One week there were 5 of us there and it was not crowded at all. Upon arriving I did find that the master bed was not made but the sheets & towels were in the dryer but the owners were very apologetic. The "cable" is evidently streamed and froze at times: periodically on some days, significantly on some days, and not at all on other days. That was the only annoying experience I had. I have already reserved it for next year.
