Your peaceful setting is only three-quarters of a mile from Old Town Bandon, with ten square blocks of local shops and restaurants along the Coquille River. Bandon’s famous beaches are within a two-mile drive, and serene hiking trails can be found just minutes away.

Comfy Stay in Bandon

The room was very clean and comfortable. Door access was a little difficult at first but eventually worked. The wifi would cutout at times but always came back up which was fine with us as we were just catching up on news and email. Its a 5 minute drive to the local beaches and 2 minutes to Old Town Bandon. We would recommend.

We will stay here again.

Cute, very clean and super comfortable beds. Our room was spacious and decorated nicely. Lots of natural light with windows that open to let a cool breeze in. The landscaping is well taken care of and looks very nice.

Leslie is the BEST❣️

I love the smell of the air and how you can sometimes if you’re lucky taste the salt on your lips. It’s a beautiful place to be and it was a great value for such a nice place. The beds were so squishy and perfect I loved it.

Don't stay

Check in was easy but that was it. The drain was slow to drain and with multiple reports and they still couldn't come fix it. The hidden cost after we booked was frustrating as the price doubled. We won't stay or recommend again.

Modern but not so great bathroom.

Loved the decor of the room. Looks very modern. They really went with the whale theme. Beds were really comfy. Location was ok, not very walkable to the port, but within a few miles. It seems like they didn’t do the best job with the bathroom. Water pressure was not great and neither was the drainage. The towels were also quite small. Received away too many text messages about the rental prior, during and after my stay, including a couple that asked me to write this review (one came before I even got there). The door code could also have been a lot shorter, it was 10 digits!

Couple of Canadians in Bandon

This place was SO clean. Unlike hotels they use real duvet covers so we felt much more comfortable sleeping without worrying about some gross duvet that would touch our faces if the sheets moved. The room itself was very cute and they had so much storage, lots of mirrors. It would be great for a group of girls. We loved that the sink was separated from the actual toilet & tub. I know they mention how no one is on site but I still feel it would be nice to have daily hours. There is a number you can text but international travellers don’t always have their data on, which was our case. So the one thing that really killed it for us was their wifi. Their wifi is horrendous/non-existent. We were from Canada & we did not turn our roaming on because Canadian prices for cell phone plans are simply outrageous so we rely heavily on wifi everywhere we go. It is very manageable in this day and age. You could tell their router was in the office because only one bar reached our room. It disconnected regularly - it would not hold a connection whatsoever & we could barely send messages. When we pulled up right next to the office to set up our Google maps, it was full bars. They need to buy extenders for each room or simply invest in hotel-level wifi. The other thing people mentioned & that we agree with was how loud the traffic noise was overnight. Not sure what it is but the traffic noise reverberates right into the shutters on the room windows. It definitely woke us up both nights. I think locals would like it better here than international visitors - at least for those who value different types of amenities like wifi.

Seaside getaway in Bandon Oregon

Very clean and beautiful decor!! Close to Old Downtown Bandon and tons of shopping. We unfortunately tripped the breaker when we plugged the heater in but Ashley from Vacasa was quick to contact their local rep and she came within 30 minutes to reset the breaker. She too was so kind as we both yelled, "yay' when the power came back on. I would stay here again, for sure. And you can't beat the customer service we received from everyone we encountered!! Thank you so much!!

The comforter on our bed was bloody, contacted vacasa and they offered no solution other than we're sorry. While technically walkable to downtown it's 1 mile plus each way. Probably a no go for most families with smaller kids.The rates were reasonable, I would probably stay here again if other options weren't available but will definitely look elsewhere next time.

The toilet was possibly clogged before we got there and no plunger there was no wifi access at all. Beds were not very comfortable. All around will not stay there ever again

Lamplighter Inn

Stayed 3 nights in room 117 of the Lamplighter Inn which is being run by vacasa. Found the property to be not as clean as I had expected. It is a remodeled property originally built in the 1970’s that has been remodeled however still needs some additional tlc. It has a lot of potential and is in a cute location. We found dog hair on our bedding, bathroom counter, floors, well as the overall cleanliness was not great. There were a lot of cobwebs, baseboards were dirty, towel hung in bathroom was soiled or had rust stains, as well as there was mold in the bathroom. There was a lot a damp smell in the room.
