This property was built so that your group can hangout on the property or be extremely convenient to the front ranges' best locations. **This is a Duplex. The unit has a separate entrance and is completely private. However, we do have guests in the other unit so you may run into them outside of the house or potentially hear them. The kitchen is fully stocked and we are central to Colorado's two largest highways (I25 and I70). Every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable.
Smart TV and the fastest WiFi possible in the area. This home was fully remodeled summer 2020! Equipped with all new beds and furniture. There is a dining space for 6 people.

This home has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably.
Bedroom 1 - The stylish master bedroom with a comfortable King size bed with ample closet space and a private full bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - This elegant upstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed.

You'll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find two walk-in showers, All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.
☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are 6 stools total for dining seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.
There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. There is the island which has 2 stools and the dining table with 4 more.

The house has a spacious fenced-in backyard for guest use with a patio. Enjoy the Colorado weather!

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 4min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the laundry room with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
LAUNDRY SPACE: The Laundry area is shared space between unit 1 and unit 2. Please be courteous of your neighbors when using this space.
Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.
