The host was very welcoming and provided all the details we needed for our stay. The home was just as the pictures showed. It was clean, comfortable and close to Spanish Springs Town Square. This is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We would highly recommend this home.

The hosts were amazing, excellent communicators, responded quickly to a WiFi issue and overall great to work with. The house was beautiful and once of the better stocked kitchens with cooking utensils and pans.
The cutest nook that was perfect for jigsaw puzzles!

Great Stay!

The house is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and close to Spanish Springs Town Square. Plenty of room for our family to lounge and relax. I would definitely go back next time we go to Florida.

Great Location!

This house was in the perfect location for everything we needed/wanted to do. Very clean and comfortable! We loved that the family pool and pickle ball courts were nearby.

Loved Everything

We loved everything but especially the location. 12 min walk to Spanish Springs. Would stay again in a heart beat. Will rebook as soon as possible.

Beautiful Calm Spacious and Relaxing

Wonderful stay at the Villages

Five friends rented this place and we couldn’t have made a better decision. This house was adorably decorated, the home was laid out nice, the neighborhood was great, everyone was so friendly. The Villages was an easy drive to great restaurants, and places to shop.The house was SO clean we could have eaten off the floor. We are ready to book again next year!

If you are interested in 2026, keep in mind that we are usually booked up for the months of January, February and March, so you may want to book early to get a reservation for those months. April through August is usually open, and our prices are lower during those months. We originally had a single reservation for the months of January and February of this year, but they cancelled and that was why you were able to still make your reservation for this February, as late you did. Lovely Home

The property is in a nice neighborhood and so close to Spanish Springs Square. Within walking distance. We were minutes away from the Chula Vista Rec Center where we played lots of pickleball, enjoyed the pool and met some very nice people. I would definitely recommend this sweet little spot and would stay there again.

Perfect Stay for a Special Celebration - Clean, Spacious & Great Location!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in The Villages while celebrating my grandma’s 90th birthday! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - close to all the amenities and activities we wanted to enjoy. Our host was incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in The Villages!
