Great Stay

Place was impeccably clean and just a short drive to The Falls and some great restaurants. Ample parking, comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Would recommend!

Good stay except for the A/C the first night.

The property was great. We contacted the owner because we couldn't get the A/C turned down. He had trouble with his phone and didn't reply until almost 24 hours later. Other than that everything was fine.

Excellent place and the owner is very professional and friendly

Frederick was all the time helping us. The apartment is great and very closed all the attractions and restaurants. We like it so much, the property is very cozy. We recommend 100 porcent. Thank you Frederick we appreciate your support. I will see you soon again.

It was a very nice and clean place. Close to the falls and many restaurants. You get your own parking spot. The property manager checked on us to make sure we got in ok. We reserved it at the last minute for us and he was very easy to work with.

House was as advertised. We were very comfortable. Nice neighborhood! Convenience stores across the street. We enjoyed the beauty of Niagara Falls and the surrounding restaurants. All in all great vacation!

Quiet retreat

We were in town for a cheer competition at the convention centre. It was nice to be within walking distance to the venue without all the craziness of all the cheerleaders.

Cute and Convenient!

My sister, best friend and I had a wonderful stay and girls weekend in this cute little apartment conveniently located close to the falls and other desirable locations. Everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. We had a little trouble getting the door to lock and unlock on first tries but the keypad was nice to have so we didn’t have to worry about a key. This space would be perfect for couples, friends or a small family. Would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Unfortunately check in didn’t go as smoothly as we hoped (we didn’t receive check in info), when host found out they were very apologetic and offered to pay for the one night stay we had to book at another accommodation. Second night we stayed here and it was great, perfect for a small family or group of friends. Unit was very clean & was a short car ride to the falls. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Very nice place to stay

This property was just as advertised. Plenty of space for two couples. Two full bathrooms off of both bedrooms. The house was clean. It is apartment living with people above you. The only thing I found inconvenient were the outlets did not work in either bathroom. Drying my hair in the cold weather was important. I had to do it standing in the bedroom without a mirror. We would definitely recommend.

Location was good IF you drive to the Falls. Listing says it’s walkable / but it’s on a busy road and quite a distance. The unit is not comfortable - tiny little couch, rather used and stained chairs, paper thin walls allow you to hear All the neighbors. Shower is very slippery with no mat to stand on and no grip bar to help prevent falls. The kitchen has virtually NO prep space if you prefer to cook meals instead of eat out. Felt more like a youth hostel than a home away from home.

Great Location & Communication

This is a great location to base your Niagara adventures. It is close to all the locations, while being off the tourist paths. We were in the area for the Icewine Gala and Discovery Weekend, and had no trouble navigating our day trips to all the locations. The Falls were a short 10 minutes away. There were a few minor issues with the property that the manager will address. It is two queen beds, not a king and queen as described. Shout out to Birdene and the staff at WeinLokal who took great care of us for our arrival-to-the-area dinner, and again the night before we left. Great communication with the hosts - no issues. Highly recommend. We’d stay here again.

Just what you need.

We loved this little apartment. First off, the location is in a great area. Very easy to find and it has parking!! The apartment was on the corner and there wasn’t much noise from other areas at all. The rooms are not huge and they don’t have much furniture in them but the bathrooms were stocked and clean! It very minimalist but it’s sufficient for a short stay. I hope to come back within the year! Also we visited in May and we are from the south so we are used to AC. This place had a great system and was easy to adjust. All in all I would highly recommend. Only recommendation I would make is putting a full length mirror somewhere.

Overpriced hotel, most disappointing vrbo

First impression was nice as it’s a quick drive to the falls. Keypad did not work for access despite owner saying the battery was changed a week ago. Don’t open the shades or you will see the junk yard left over from the build, not sure how many years ago that occurred. This place needs a maintenance review. Stains on ceiling, toilet paper holder was pulled out of wall prior to our arrival, mold in 1 bathroom. Not sure how long it sat empty. Was unhappy that I selected this based on a king bed that only existed in the listing. I typically book places that have the conveniences of home. I couldn’t send the owner the screenshot and they wouldn’t review their listing so I contacted Vrbo. I received less than ten percent back as a result. The most upsetting part of our stay was having to contact the upstairs neighbors at midnight and ask if they would settle in. Floors are so thin my husband could hear the man urinating and any movement made me think they were rearranging furniture based on noise levels. They chose to go to bed around 1 am. That is why I called it an overpriced hotel. Terrible view and had to put up with noise levels at all hours, no way besides the app to contact the owner at that hour. Check out instructions were provided after we left the property. There were many homes available with 2 queens beds for cheaper, and you wouldn’t have to deal with neighbors and noise at all hours. No quiet time or contingency plan, unable to upload photos taken in our review.

A very family friendly unit!

We stayed here for a week with 4 adults, 1 child and 1 infant and it had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay! The hosts were very welcoming and communicated with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. The cupboards were generously stocked with coffee and tea and all of the appliances were new and worked very well! There are two queen sized beds as well as a pull out couch. If you are planning to use the couch as a bed, keep in mind that both bathrooms are ensuites to the bedrooms so it may be a bit tricky at night if you need to use the washroom. Our baby loved the place and had the freedom to crawl all over since there weren't any stairs anywhere. The neighbourhood is very quiet and very close to mostly everything in and around Niagara. It's also nice that Food Basics is right down the street! (2 min drive) We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone with a young family!

Beautiful new space!

Great that each room had its own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed and nice to have laundry facilities. Great location for groceries and not too far from the Falls and tourist attractions. Lots of parking. We’d definitely stay here again! Thx
