3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

Overall listing was as pictured, decorated smartly (see photo), and well-stocked. Great views (see photo), easy to park outside, and unit was very clean. Property manager was very responsive.However, check-in process was not ideal. Property manager was unaware that lockbox had been changed and moved, and it took 1.5 hrs to figure this out & get the keys. One cooling unit was not functioning properly during excessive heat warning, and a repairman was sent within a few days. Building itself is not in great shape - Hallway outside of unit is completely water damaged, with ceiling tiles missing and lights dangling (and wasn't repaired in the 4 weeks I stayed, photo attached). Huge hole in parking lot and re-landscaping happening, but also was not completed in 4 weeks.
