This luxurious villa is ideal; whether you are a large or extended family group, two or more families sharing, a group of golfers or maybe even a smaller group wishing to indulge yourselves with the very best in vacation accommodation.

We have just had an extensive renovation with new kitchen, carpets, beds, bedding. Gorgeous!

This property has 6 bedrooms sleeping 12/14, a south facing private enclosed pool and hot tub spa with lake views and a fully equipped games room and den providing hours of entertainment or relaxation. It is a high tech, family friendly luxurious vacation home that has everything you need and more for the perfect Florida vacation.

This villa is ideally located in a safely gated, quiet cul-de-sac, just off Seven Dwarfs Lane and 192. Set in a sprawling conservation area with beautiful lakes and wooded areas but still only 6 miles from the famous Walt Disney World.

At Veranda Palms, you will feel as though you have entered a country estate yet still be within minutes of restaurants, shows, jet skiing, tennis, golf, great shopping and an abundance of family fun.
Choose from a huge variety of activities on your doorstep:

Lakeside beach volleyball, visit the Florida of the 1800’s in the adjoining Shingle Creek Reserve, explore miles of Nature Trails, try your hand at kayaking or canoeing or simply relax with a book on the pavilion in the midst of the beautiful orange groves.

The Veranda Palms resort has a clubhouse that has a fantastic communal pool and children's water-slide. There is also a fully equipped gym in the clubhouse that is free for all guests to use.

Great theme park rental

Property managers were responsive and accommodating. Need ceiling fans in all bedrooms and should have free use of a barbecue grill. Fabulous set up for families!!! Great location.

INCREDIBLE LOCATION

Beautiful home! Excellent location! Home provided more than enough room for 6 adults Garage had games, strollers and even a high chair! I was impressed with the amount of space! Check in process was easy! Communication was wonderful! The pool was excellent! A wonderful location in the middle of universal and Disney!

Lovely home with a view!

This property is in the very nice neighborhood of Veranda Palms. It is very convenient to the community pool/fitness center. It was too cold to swim but in the summer would be great. The home was just as shown in the pictures. We all spread out in the evenings which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, except my husband would have loved a Kuerig coffeemaker. The host responded promptly to any questions. The view of the private pool and pond behind was lovely. We enjoyed the ducks! We would stay here again!

Kissimmee 2023 Feb. Escape

We loved the house and area. Home was perfect for our adult children and grandchildren. They all raved about the pool and quality of the linens. It was well worth having the heated pool, hot tub and BBQ. all of which were used daily. Special thanks to local manager Julie Phillips who promptly answered all our questions and concerns. Bookings was easy and recently pictures accurate. We loved the home faces south and onto the lake with sun all day and no neighbors to rear of the home.

Casa ideal para grupos grandes!

Excelente ubicación cerca de los parques Disney, outlets. A la entrada hay un Walmart y un Target. La casa muy bien equipada, súper cómoda y muy limpia. El lugar seguro y tranquilo.

Very happy with our stay. The pool and hot tub were great and we made good use of the games options in the garage too. All of the beds we used were comfortable and the appliances all worked well, including the grill. All the communication before, during and after our stay was pleasant and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome home

We stayed for the week while my daughter played in the AAU National finals. We absolutely loved the house. We even had entertainment from a small gator in the pond out back. I would definitely recommend this house.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The patio area was well kept. The hot tub worked very well. The host had thought of everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. Check in was simple and communication was great. I highly recommend this property.

Good location

The weather was good, the pool was good, the property managers were terrific. Had an issue with the hot tub that unfortunately didn't get resolved properly by the pool tech. Will probably stay at this house again if we journey back to Florida.:)

One happy customer

I had a minor issue checking in almost to the point where I was gonna be put in a hotel the first night. Other than that the house it’s self was exactly as advertised and what I expected. There is a roof leak in the garage which gives off a musty moldy smell in the game room. The rest of the house was immaculate. There is a long wait at night to get past security at times. The community itself is beautiful and the clubhouse was awesome. I definitely recommend Veranda Palms and this particular house itself.

Fantastic property, ideal location

My family visited Orlando in August. Gray Villa is fantastic, light and airy with plenty of space for the family to enjoy rest and relaxation. Excellent facilities of a high standard and very comfy beds. The pool and spa were loved by all of us and all the family enjoyed spending time in the air conditioned games room. These facilities are certainly appreciated after busy days on the parks. The view from the pool is lovely and if lucky you might get to see a bit of Floridian wildlife, we certainly did! The villa is located just of Seven Dwarves Lane and is the best location we have ever stayed in. The villa was a short drive from MCO and really easy to find. Booking was seamless and the owners provided all the pre holiday information required. Publix/Walmart and several eating establishments and take outs are a few minutes drive away. This villa comes highly recommended by myself and all my family, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location.

Lovely clan , modern and spacious villa located in an ideal location just off the 192 with good local restaurants just a couple of minutes away . Short drive to all theme parks but far enough away to get away from it all . Great pool at the rear overlooking a lake with loads of wildlife. Really helpfull owners. Would certainly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious break . Alan Maguire and family.

Everything we could have asked for!

The villa exceeded our expectations - spacious, clean, well furnished with great pool overlooking a picturesque lake with lots of wildlife to see! Really comfortable beds (& sun beds too!) Convenient location, though peaceful only minutes away from restaurants and supermarkets and close to main routes to parks, beaches etc. the owner was very helpful and communicative, we would highly recommend this property

Lovely home from home

We had a great holiday in this home. Being pregnant with young children, I was worried that we wouldn't be comfortable being without our creature comforts but this house had everything we needed and more. The furniture was all in very good condition, the pool area in good condition and the house clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking (if you have any energy after all that park hopping!) and there was plenty of entertainment for us and the kids on our downtime days. Also, the location of the villa was superb, plenty of restaurants and shops close by, as well as it only being a short drive to Disney. The family who own the house were helpful and in regular contact up to the trip, a worry off my mind when booking through sites like this. Security deposit was returned in reasonable time too. We are already plotting our next trip in a couple of years time.
