BEFORE YOUR STAY:

If you want the Pool/Spa Heating On, there's a fuel surcharge of $30 per day. Please confirm in advance for the pool/spa heating to be on. You need to keep the water level over the skimmers when the pool heater is on (between the numbers on the pool wall).

The equipment usually works very well, but if it doesn’t work due to any circumstance (as extremely cold weather, equipment failure, etc) there can’t be any kind of penalty or discount to the house reservation. The maximum that can be refunded in the case of pool heating failure is the amount charged to the pool heating electricity surcharge.

Since there’s high evaporation of water when the pool is heated, the water level gets lowered quickly. The guest is required to keep the water level of the pool in the middle of the skimmers when the pool is heated. There’s a hose that can be used to fill the pool. If the water level gets too low when the pool is being heated, the pool pump runs dry, and the heater doesn’t work. Any damage to the pool pump in that case will be taken from the security deposit, and there can’t be any refund on the electricity surcharge.

There's a $100 charge for the optional Infrared Grill Usage. Please confirm in advance if you want to use it. Propane supplied by guest.

On the check-in, the Terra Verde Resort HOA charges $30 non-refundable fee for the issuance of a keycard for each car, valid for the entire stay. It gives in and out privileges during the entire stay. It's required for any car staying overnight.

DURING YOUR STAY:

You cannot move the furniture or the beds of their original place. You cannot take any furniture, tables, bed, chairs, or utensils out of the house. You cannot bring in any furniture, tables or chairs to be used while in the house. If furniture is moved, a minimum fee of $50 will be charged.

You cannot exceed the contracted maximum number of guests and you cannot have any person different from the list sent before your checkin. If there are more people than arranged, or different from the checkin list, the contract will be immediately terminated and the entire deposit will be withheld.

You cannot smoke in any part of the house, even in the pool area. If evidence of cigarrete or any kind of smoke is found, the entire deposit will be withheld.

We try to supply the best type of hand, bath and wash towels. Please note that the supplied towels are for personal usage for drying the hands and the body, and NOT FOR CLEANING. Usage of towels for removing makeup, cleaning any part of the house, or anything that can stain or damage the towels will be charged $30 per towel.

BEFORE THE CHECKOUT:
Please clean all used glassware and kitchen utensils before checking out. A minimum fee of US$50 will be charged if the kitchen or it utensils are left unclean.


Please make sure that there is no trash inside the house, and all the trash that's on the garbage bins fit in with the bins closed. If you have excess trash, please take it to the HOA dumpsters before checkout. A minimum fee of $50 will be charged if trash is found inside the house, or if there's excess trash on the bins (they must be closed) or unbagged trash in the bins.

The checkout is precisely at 10am. The cleaning crew will come precisely at this time. If you fail to checkout on time, a $100 fee will be charged.


ABOUT SERVICE ANIMALS: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of VRBO’s policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety becomes an issue. My children suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies and this is our living space when not hosting guests. As such we can only welcome non-shedding/no-danger companions to our house as we need to guarantee the health of our children.
