The Space:
Come sink your toes into the best beach in Mexico! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is about 20-30 minutes from downtown Puerto Penasco so if a party is what you’re looking for, this isn’t your place. My home is set in the quiet setting of Playa La Jolla, a soft sandy private beach with rows and rows of seashells. The property sits a couple hundred yards off the beach, a super easy 5 min walk or you can drive 2 min to the clubhouse and walk mere steps to the beach.


The home was just repainted and was given a new makeover. You can enjoy ocean views from any level, or go on the rooftop for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. You will be surrounded by ocean views on one side and the estuary and mountain views (on clear days) on the other side.


This property is set up with everything you need from towels, beach chairs, beach towels, Shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers, washer/dryer, coffee, tea, and an assortment of spices for your cooking needs.


Enjoy quiet walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets, or make the easy drive to town for a day of fishing, drinks and dinner at the Malecon….. only to return to the serenity of La Bella Vita 18.
