Had a little trouble checking in- alarm was going off so sheriff was called on us lol. But Anthony was a great host and was able to fix our issue right away. We would absolutely stay here again! The house was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with snacks and essentials like laundry soap and basic shower supplies, which made traveling with kids so much easier. The setup was perfect for families. Our four kids (ages 4–11) had an amazing time.The kids loved kayaking and fishing right off the dock. Our 7-year-old daughter even caught four bluegill, which was a highlight of the trip! The fireplace was wonderful, and making s’mores and bbqing together was such a fun touch. Having kayaks available and easy access to the main river nearby was a huge plus.One day we rented a boat and explored up toward the Gulf, including the Mud River. We were lucky enough to see manatees both in the canal and in the Mud River, which was unforgettable for the kids and adults alike.Overall, this was a fantastic stay....clean, well-equipped, kid-friendly, and full of great outdoor experiences. Highly recommend, especially for families. Thank you for a great stay!

The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We enjoyed using the kayaks several times. The manatees visited us several times throughout the week.

Great location

We had a pleasant stay at this property near Weeki Wachee state park. The property was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay and the furniture was comfortable. Having use of the kayaks and being on the water was one of the reasons we chose this location.

Fun by the River

My family greatly enjoyed staying at the property! The kayaks provided some adventurous fun, while the fire pit gave us a cozy hangout at the end of the day. It’s close to Weeki Wachee Springs, which is a plus. And Anthony was a great and accommodating host!

Farmhouse on the River

Our family enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and little welcome amenities came in handy. The house was very clean and the layout was perfect for a party of 6. Several family games were available for when it rained and it was a short paddle to the main river. The host was quick when responding. We would certainly stay again. Thank you!

We are a fun loving family that loves to travel and volunteer helping others. We are a blended family with 4 amazing children several animals and a list a mile long of things we want to accomplish in life. We are new to hosting but have been in the long term rental industry for many years. We are local and available to help at anytime.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is amazing. It is located at the end of a very quiet culde a sac just 2 canals over from the river. We have 4 Kayaks (2 doubles and 2 singles) that will take you to the river in a matter of minutes. The scenery is absolutely stunning and there are no words to explain how beautiful the nature is around you. We are far enough out to be secluded but less then 5 to 7 miles from all of the major shopping area, grocery store, Wal-Mart and pretty much anything else needed.

This is a very well cared for property that has pretty much anything needed other then food and clothes. The seclusion and quiet neighborhood are one of a kind!!!
