The 5,000 SF house sits at the tip of Three Mile Harbor in East Hampton on a quiet and peaceful dead-end street on a nature preserve with hiking trails. The house was gut renovated and is fully equipped for your family to enjoy during the summer or off season months.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a feast for your friends and family. Enjoy meals under vaulted ceilings at the indoor dining table or al fresco under the dimly lit pergola.

The outdoor kitchen has a 48 inch grill and fridge. The basketball court and gym with a Peloton bike, weights and yoga mats will keep you active. A playground for the kiddos and fire pit area with Adirondack chairs make for amazing outdoor memories

Best part is the gunite pool that’s a refreshing Mexican blue color. The pool is surrounded with lounge chairs that get amazing sun exposure throughout. We provide an outdoor speaker, so you can listen to some tunes while you work from home or relax with that adult beverage.

There are outlets outside, so you can "work from home" while you enjoy the sun and the water. And we made sure the WiFi signal was perfect out there, so you'll never have to worry about bad reception or slow speeds again! Level up your meetings with a real zoom background, no blurred backgrounds here!

The house comes stocked with plenty of beach chairs + umbrellas, pool/beach towels, and even a cooler so you don't have to worry about sun filled beach days. All soaps and shampoos included. And yes, all the hangers you need. There’s an additional fridge in the garage (summer months only) for bulk food and drink storage.

For all you tired parents and coffee lovers, we got you covered—there's a Nespresso machine, cold brew setup, Keurig and drip machines in the kitchen.

Propane is $3.5/gallon after 10 gallons. This is for the pool heater and to make sure it's not on 24/7 because it get expensive if left on during cold nights. In previous summers, no tenants used the pool heat as it is very pleasant without it.

Patio furniture is not available during winter but fire pit + firepit chairs are year round.
