Your family or group will be close to everything when you stay at this house! So close you can hear the ocean waves! This Ernest Hemingway, Key West style duplex is five houses from the beach. You can walk to the beach, a local coffee-shop nearby, a local surf shop, mini-golf, or to a local Mexican restaurant. Within five miles is downtown Saint Augustine. Oh, the places you'll go!

Enjoy staying in a second floor, 1,100 sq feet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a large porch by the beach.

Pets are most certainly welcome. Please register them upon booking. There is a fee.

Long weekend getaway

Walkability to the beach was great. Short drive to downtown. Everything we needed and looking for in a long weekend getaway.

Wish we didn't have to leave

The location was great for walking to the beach and driving to the sights and restaurants in town. The location was quiet, and the property, while not fancy, had everything we needed to enjoy our time. We were sad to leave and would stay there again.

Family reunion in ST Augustine

Our family had not been together since a wedding almost 5 years ago - This was my first VRBO experience- property was very clean and kitchen was well equipped- location is very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants - it was a family get together and we ate out once - very quiet neighborhood - highly recommend this unit although personally I would look for first floor accommodations in future

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as described, probably even better. It was cheaper than the local hotels and one perk was two bathrooms for 6 people lol. That wasn’t the only perk. It’s close to the beach, quiet, a lot of locals to give recommendations to the great places to eat or shop. It was clean and had everything we needed. If you need a fan to sleep, bring one bc there are no ceiling fans (we brought a fan), and there’s no ice maker, so stop and grab some. If we come back to the area, I’ll try to get this property first. Ages 10-42 loved it! One problem we have had before was not enough seating, but the dining room, living room and porch had enough for all of us. I can’t recommend this place enough. I didn’t want to leave!

Convenient and Comfortable

The condo is open and airy. It has that relaxed, beach, shabby chic look. Big bonus: Property owner provided a WAGON, BEACH CHAIRS, and a BEACH UMBRELLA for our use. Access to the beaches down our block, across A1A, about 2 long block to the beach path. Then you have a good walk thru the dunes to get to the beach. (If you have a 4 wheel vehicle, you can DRIVE on the beach and park a few short steps to your umbrella. The place has 2 good size bedrooms (Actually sleep 6 if needed). The down side is there is no TV in any of the bedrooms We could not figure out how to get regular TV on the set in the living room, but we were able to sign into our NETFLIX account. The place has a FULL SIZE WAHER and DRYER unlike many other rentals we've had. This cuts down on water, electricity and detergent. Our owner also graced us with a well stocked - full kitchen. The place is really close to some good places to eat. You can try Saltwater Cowboys (one restaurant we visit each time we are in St. Augustine beach). Mango Mangos, The Sunset Grill and for some really good ice cream- Mayday ice Cream a short drive from the unit.

Quiet retreat/ great family experience

The property is very nice. The host was friendly and accommodating. The property was very nicely stocked. They were also nice little things like an air fryer very new appliances. A beach box with some accessories like beach chairs and boogie boards. It's just a short walk to the beach The beach there is very nice it's also nice that it's pet friendly! The neighborhood is very quiet. With lots of friendly neighbors. We would definitely book this place again!

Wonderful location, beautiful and well kept property

We checked in on a Friday for a 4 night stay. This was my first time in St. Augustine and using VBRO. Walking in it felt like home. So clean and well kept. Everything you could need was provided. June is a gracious host and gave great information about the area. The bedrooms are great size. WiFi worked great. Perfect size for my family of 4. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place. Proximity to the beach is perfect, easy walk. Also close to the splash park for the kids. I hope we can go back soon and stay again.

Right off A1A Beach Blvd, close to a number of local restaurants and shops. Beach is just down the road, steps away. Boardwalk leads you to the shore. Enjoy walking around the island or on the beach. Downtown St. Augustine is within 5 miles. Previous guests have loved the balcony, the short walk to business that are nearby, quick walk to the beach to watch the sunrise, close to everything!
