Only 5 minutes to downtown St. Augustine and Flagler College. This home features two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Perfect for a quick getaway or family vacation.

This space is perfect for a quick getaway or any family vacation. This property has 2 bedrooms with two full sized bathrooms to accommodate all parties. Feel like cooking dinner? Absolutely, the kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need to make a home cooked meal.

My family and I had a wonderful time in St. Augustine! This property is amazing for relaxing and enjoying some days in the sun. It has lots of space and it is located very close to the beach! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you to the owners for allowing my family and I to stay and have such a great time.

Just as expected!

We so enjoyed our stay!! The property was just as advertised. It was the perfect location for walking to the beach and restaurants. The property host was quick to respond. Definitely 10/10 and would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and comfortable!

The property is very cute and clean, and very close to the beach. It is decorated in an adorable beach style and has everything you need.The only reason I did not give 5 stars was no WiFi the entire week (which was not the fault of the owner)Would definitely come back and would definitely recommend!

Night of Lights

Loved the proximity to the beach. Enjoyed all the holiday festivities St. Augustine has to offer (boat tours, trolly lights, and holiday markets). This location was 10 minutes to downtown and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great get-a-way

Very nice property in a great location. Everything was as advertised and we had no issues. A very short walk to the beach or local restaurants. A short drive to downtown to visit some of the historical landmarks.

Great Stay!

Location was amazing! It was a five minute walk to the beach and 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Area the apartment is located in was safe. The apartment itself was very nice. The only down side was that there were only three dining chairs at the table, but it was a smaller area so we understood. My daughters were so sad to leave the "bunk bed house" and asked when we will be able to come back.

Nice place

Very good and perfectly located within walkin distance to all you may need. Quiet community with a very nice pool with a 5'3" deep end. Closest beach access was under construction and closed but another not too far from there. Property pleany big enough for a family. 3 tvs and full kitchen with 2 full baths.

Perfect Location

This property was everything we needed. My band traveled from Ohio to play 3 shows in northeastern Florida. James was easy to contact and the house was clean and full of all necessities needed for an easy relaxing stay. Thank you for hosting the Josh Stewart Band! We look forward to renting from you in the future!

Worked out just fine!

Overall, it was a good place to stay. The second bedroom is maybe a bit cramped but it does sleep four people, which was nice for us. The parking lot floods if you get a good rain but we managed! Manager is very easy to contact and answers promptly. Could maybe have a few more directions. Never did see the pool but we didn't pursue it very hard either.

An honest review.

The neighborhood is questionable—large dogs being walked without leashes (that weren’t friendly), dogs barking loudly in the nearby buildings, and houses with their inside belongs stored outside. We arrived about 30 minutes early and were informed hours earlier that the place was ready for check in at 3pm. To our surprise, we had to sit outside the door waiting for that 30 minutes. This is the only place I have ever booked that I couldn’t access even though it was ready. To be fair, I did inquire with the host the day before to ask if it would be a problem. He promptly responded to let me know that checking in a little earlier wouldn’t be a problem but it would cost me extra because his cleaning crews would charge him extra to finish earlier and that cost would be passed on. The amount was almost half of a day’s stay to check in an hour early. Positives: The place was stocked with the usual kitchen utensils, plates/cups/towels. Master bed was comfortable. Master shower was hot. Negatives: The dining room table was oversized and made seating uncomfortable for 2 out of 4 people eating. The area rug in the living room was an outdoor rug that could never truly be cleaned. The ceiling fans had over 1/4 inch of dust on all fan blades. The shower in the main bathroom slow-drained the first day to not draining at all for the remainder of the trip. When the host was notified, he did not offer anything, not even to fix it. Someone in the building smokes so it smelled like marijuana.
