Guests can enjoy beach views from nearly every seat in the house! Enjoy relaxing on the couch, which acts as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, while watching your favorite shows on the wall-mounted, 75-inch Smart TV. The condo’s seaside chic decor extends into the dining area, which features a dining table with seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen is airy with a great breakfast bar with bar stool seating for 3, updated appliances, and a brand-new granite countertop. The in-unit washer and dryer are located just off of the hallway. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-sized bed and large flat-screen TV and has direct access to the balcony. That way, you can easily enjoy the fantastic views from the ample outdoor seating or the comfort of your bed! The attached bathroom has dual vanity sinks, a tub and shower combination, and a large closet. Bedroom 2 also features a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized beds; these two bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The balcony is one of the best aspects of the condo and features six bar-height Adirondack chairs that make enjoying the beach views a breeze. Additionally, there is an outdoor dining table with seating for 8, which makes enjoying a meal with family and friends all the better.
