Esta unidad del tercer piso (4ª planta) ha sido decorada profesionalmente e incluye una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y microondas, lavadora y secadora. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio conducen desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal a su balcón privado con una gran vista panorámica de Tybee Beach. Y, a poca distancia a pie de las tiendas, bares y restaurantes del "centro" de Tybee, del muelle y pabellón Tybee Island y del Tybee Island Marine Science Center.

Great Location and Spacious Property

This property lived up to its description and reviews. The space allowed are family to spend time together but have privacy when necessary. The outside seating area was great and always seemed to have a breeze to keep the temperature bearable.

Amazing views of the ocean

We had a wonderful stay, you simply can’t beat the location or view. Easy to find, parking and only a few blocks to restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

Gorgeous Views in the Heart of the Action

This was a gorgeously decorated condo that was within walking distance to EVERYTHING. We visited during the New Year holiday and were front and center for the fireworks display. Will definitely stay again!

Great location. Right on the beach. Gets bit noisy during peak spring break times but not much to complain. Walking distance to restaurants. Our whole family had a great time.

Quick November Get-Away

We decided to head to Savannah in November for a quick fall trip before the hectic beginning of the holidays, and chose a stay on Tybee Island to get away from the crowds. A perfect decision as Tybee provided a quiet serenity after our Savannah ventures! Great sunrises, enjoyable walks on the beach, no crowds, nice restaurants to choose and a fantastic condo to relax!

Great Stay!

The property was just as described. The condo was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. The location is perfect - right across the beach. The main restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. We would love to visit the island again during the summer and would stay again. Thank you for having us!

WONDERFUL TIME!!

This was the 2nd time I've stayed at Dolphin Watch/9 in the past 6 months!! Both times with all adults who needed a relaxing time away. Great space - great room/dining room area is spacious enough for gathering together; and bedrooms are situated just right for privacy!! Great location - beach front and close to pier; short walk to pavillion! Already thinking about the next stay!! One thing - kitchen is stocked well, but if you have special dishes you plan to cook, consider taking needed cooking pot/pans.

For a last minute getaway, this was the perfect weekend vacation. The condo was exactly as listed and the price very reasonable for the location to beach, restaurants, shopping, access, amenities, comfort, etc.....It checked off all of our boxes. We will definitely come back if available for our next getaway. It was perfect for a group of 4 people. Just the right size. No more though! One of the best parts of this condo is that it has an elevator and 2 designated covered parking spaces. Once we parked we never got in our car again until we left the island for home. Give it an "A+++"

Simple, easy, beautiful view, convenient. I would suggest the owners buy a couple of hair blowers for $50 investment so ladies do not need to travel with them.

Perfect view!

The third floor was great for the view of sunrises, the beach, and the pier! The kitchen was so well-stocked. No laundry tabs though. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but there were four to choose from (including the sofa bed). The whole place was very clean. The showers were very nice. Great, large balcony with a table and plenty of seating. We had four adults and four young kids in our group, and we never felt cramped. It was a great week at the beach!

Can't Wait to Come Back!

I'm very late leaving a review of Dolphin Watch, but we had a wonderful trip last fall. We stayed in October, and the weather was perfect our whole trip! The condo was so nice - beachfront so you had a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean from the living room and large patio. I would open the curtains and enjoy the sunrise in the morning while answering a few emails. The unit was very large - Master bedroom was huge with a nice-sized master bathroom. The two guest rooms were also a nice size, and they shared a smaller bathroom. We appreciate the ample seating in the living room + the large kitchen table so we could all eat together. This condo is in a prime location in Tybee Island, and we can't wait to visit again!

Pure Bliss with a Fabulous View

Check-in with Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals was super smooth w/super friendly staff. Beautifully appointed place with elevator on top (3rd) floor. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, nice bath and kitchen towels and great, firm mattresses, ice maker & 2 parking spots. No skimping on the quality of the furniture and accessories. Showers had good pressure, fresh towels and small soaps. Lots of pots/pans, kitchen tools, Keurig & regular coffee maker. Does not have any spices as some other rentals do. It was an ideal property for a quiet, low-key trip to enjoy the views, fresh air, and great outdoors. Fanny's restaurant was 1/2 block away-got takeout 3x it was that good! Small IGA grocery on island had everything we needed. Being early December, felt like the town was ours! It was warm enough (33-70 degrees) to enjoy the spacious balcony for lunches and to wade in the ocean. Was so wonderful we extended our stay. Thank you to all for an amazing vacation.

Home away from home!

The property was gorgeous and well maintained. The balcony view of the beach was beautiful along with being able to watch the sun set and rise. The property is also in walking distance from Tybee Island’s restaurants and shops......only feet away from the property.

Great location!

The property was clean and well taken care of, we loved the location since it was literally right across from the beach. The balcony was well equipped with seating and table to enjoy meals outside near the ocean. The convenience of the balcony entrance from the beach was great too. The check in/out process was simple and straightforward. Liked having the keypad entry for ease of going in and out. Restaurants were walkable and there was a whole strip of shops and restaurants one block over.

Perfect location

The condo was so spacious and comfortable. I have stayed at Tybee many times and this is my new favorite rental. It was very clean, kitchen supplies were well-stocked and the furnishings were so comfortable. The huge balcony over-looking the beach was perfect for viewing the sunrise/sunset. We loved being a few steps from the beach , pier and restaurants. Thank you for providing us such a lovely home to relax for a few days.
