Luxury Waterfront Home in Windermere Estates

Amazing, luxury home with all the amenities you need for a great vacation on Lake Winnipesaukee. Located in Windermere Estates in Moultonborough at the end of Long Island, this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home has plenty of space for the whole group to spread out. On the main floor is a large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace where you can watch TV while looking out at the lake through the floor to ceiling windows. Also on this floor is a half bath, dining area with a large table for eating inside, wet bar and newly remodeled kitchen. The primary bedroom with a king bed has a slider out to the deck as well as a gas fireplace. There is an attached 3/4 ensuite bathroom. On the second floor is a lovely sitting area and 2 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a pull out trundle. The other bedroom has a queen bed.

On the lower level is another living area to sit and unwind while watching TV or playing a board game. There is a laundry area and two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One bedroom has a twin bunkbed, pyramid bunkbed, and an additional twin. The attached bath has a large tub and separate shower stall. The other bedroom has a twin bunkbed, a pyramid bunkbed, and a full bathroom. An extra bonus game room with TV and video games is through this bedroom. Great for the kids to unwind after a long day on the lake. Still not enough space for you? There is a pool table in the room above the garage, a basketball hoop game in the garage or you can sit out on the deck around the propane firepit. If you prefer a real fire, head own to the lakeside and roast s'mores over the firepit where there is plenty of seating. Just remember to bring your own fire wood! The views, clear sandy bottom at the dock for swimming, 3 kayaks and a paddleboard plus community pickleball and basketball courts, you won't want to leave at the end of the week! The dock can accommodate two 25 foot boats (the owner's boat will occupy the middle slip and far left side).
