It is one of a few end units with amazing views of the golf course & mountains. Heated Pool and jacuzzi within a few feet. Patio with built-in gas BBQ, Heat Lamps & Firepit.
Enjoy the 2100 sq. ft. of space inside with elegant decor all around. Great place to enjoy yourselves wrapped in luxury and absolutely a fantastic place to entertain with a full wet bar.

ALL NEW HARDWOOD FLOORING, AC, SOLAR, REFRIGERATOR, $3000 BBQ, AND FURNITURE BEYONEDCOMFORTABLE.

If you love cooking the kitchen is fully upgraded along with a large complement of kitchen appliances for your use.

Also includes a den with seating for up to 8 and a large TV on the wall. It also has a full office with a printer just off of the master suite. Ensuite Bathroom and TVs in all of the bedrooms.
The garage is attached to keep your car out of the sun and has direct access to the condominium without going outside.

BBQ, Fire Pit, and Heat Lamp on the patio are extra amenities that you can use as you need. BBQ is natural gas while Fire Pit and Heat Lamp are operated by Propane. (Supply is limited to what is in the tank left by the previous guest) Guest is always welcome to add propane to the tank for the Fire Pit and Heat Lamp.

If you are a golfer we are centrally located to many courses including the famous Desert Willow Courses just down Country Club Blvd. and PGA West a few miles south. Golf Privileges at PVCC ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

This luxurious fully upgraded beauty can be used for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, a golf outing with your friends, or just for pure relaxation and fun and, if needed, an equipped office for those who might have to spend a few hours working.

Photos do not do justice to this beautiful and elegant property. It is being listed as a vacation rental for the first time since it was built. Previous owners upgraded it and kept it in pristine condition. You and your family will come back to this property repeatedly.

Everything was great. The condo was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and meticulously clean. The only warning i would offer to future renters has nothing to do with the condo itself... Google seemed insistent on routing us to a gate that was only accessible in AND out with a transponder.

Beautiful property with a wonderful golf course view. Everything worked perfectly, unlike some rentals we have stayed in. A well stocked kitchen as well. Our Palm Desert vacation

Pleasant sweet home

Very nice house! Very spacious, clean, extremely well stocked. Right beside the pool. Nice awning over the deck that overlooked the 3rd golf hole. Very secure and safe complex. Beautiful view overlooking the golf course with views of mountains. We ate our dinners on the patio. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay in Palm Desert

Just finished a 12 night stay at John's two bedroom condo in Palm Desert. The property was spacious, well furnished, super clean, in great condition and very comfortable. It is located within the grounds of the Palm Valley Country Club. John is a great host and was highly responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. Highly recommend.

Great location in Palm Desert

Pictures and description of property are very accurate. Bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Having a den is very convenient if you are having family or friends visiting. Outdoor space has a nice view and plenty of seating. Palm Valley CC is a beautifully maintained and peaceful community. Easy to walk around or travel to local attractions and restaurants. Best of all is that the Host is easy to deal with, very responsive and wants to ensure one’s stay is as enjoyable and stress free as possible. We highly recommend this property for those seeking an easy and well located stay.

Just beautiful!

My husband and I stayed at this property with my mother-in-law. It was perfect. It is equipped with absolutely everything you need and so beautifully decorated. The pool is literally steps away. The peaceful and amazing view of the golf course and mountains were such a joy to see while we enjoyed the lovely patio. The landscaping and pristine maintenance of the grounds was stunning. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Golf trip

Just what we needed. Great location and wonderful gated community. Very comfortable and convenient to have a pool and hot spa right next to the unit. Just wish we could have played the course we watched members play. Beautifully maintained.

Beautiful and Spacious

The sunrises were amazing on the back patio. The pool is right next to the condo. And the condo was decorated beautifully and spacious. The kitchen had everything you needed. Already booked my next vacation there.

Excellent Location and Home

House is very comfortable and great for entertaining. Loved having the pool right outside the front door and the patio is perfect for the afternoon and evening when the sun passes over. Well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing as Always!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time! Instructions for check-in and out were very clear, communication with the host was quick and efficient. Right next to pool and hot tub!

Very nice property with great kitchen supplies, Art, etc. Great patio and view of golf course. Wonderful to walk to the pool and hot tub right outside the door. The “King“ bed is two large twin mattresses pushed together in one frame, the TV is extremely complex, we managed to find a few movies, but the TV instructions need to be much more detailed. Beautifully furnished. Very nice lighting with dimmers throughout. Recommend
