OUTDOOR

The patio features a four burner BBQ, dining table for six, fire feature for the cooler nights and chaise lounges to catch sun rays! Extendable awning provides shade during the warmer months! The community pool and spa located less than 100ft from the unit!

INDOORS

This unit features beautiful woodwork paired with its décor providing a great experience for you and your guests. The kitchen features new cabinets, countertops and appliances. The dining room features dining up to eight guests connecting to the living room space. Living room includes a large wine fridge for guest use, and one of a kind bar table. Sectional sofa seats six comfortably for sporting events, movie time or just spending time with your loved ones.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

Main bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, large main bath with dual sinks. The guest room offers a queen bed and connects to the guest bathroom featuring a shower and a single sink. The den offers a work desk and a trundle bed .

The safety of our guests and staff is our priority. Cleaning teams continue to use PPE and our staff practices social distancing and frequent hand washing. If you have additional questions about the Covid-19 cleaning process, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

The place was amazing! Very clean and they had a lot of amazing items in the home! Well stocked with towels, dishes, pans, spices, ect. Would recommend in a heartbeat! Lovely patio and everything was perfect!

This is an absolutely wonderful home in Rancho Mirage. Todd, the owner, did a great job updating the home, making it extremely comfortable for his guests. The home has two large bedrooms and a study with another bed. The home has a large open floor plan and very spacious bathrooms. The outdoor patio is very comfortable to relax on with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while watching the golfers swing by at they finish out the 9th hole on one of the communities 3 9-hold golf courses. The property is just off the the cul-de-sac, a little tucked away giving it a little more privacy. The pool is located right off the front of the house and super easy to walk to. Communication with Todd, was exceptional. He responds immediately whether it was before booking, during booking, or throughout the stay. Truly a pleasure to work with and a great home to stay at.

This condo really was AMAZING! We've stayed in the desert many times and this was definitely the most comfortable and well equipped place we've ever stayed. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed for cooking meals. First time we've ever had a comfortable place for all four of us adults to sit while watching t.v. inside, or sitting on the patio. Very comfortable a.c., great bed linens, beautiful patio with awning and fountain. Fantastic in every way!! Owner was immediate with responses to questions and helful in every way.

Wonderful vacation spot. Everything as advertised and then some.

Comfortable, well appointed condo on 9th fairway of Monterey County Club East Course with wonderful views. Clubhouse is very close by and its restaurant serves good food- breakfast,lunch,and dinner with friendly courteous staff. We loved our stay!

Country Club Paradise

We stayed 3 nights for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and had a wonderful time. Sitting on the patio overlooking the golf course is paradise. There was a lot of space, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to play tennis at the club for a small fee. Our pup had a great time too! Communication with the owner was excellent. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home, we will be back.

Great Condo with lots of amenities.

This condo is located in Monterey Country Club with golf and lots of activities. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers on #9. Condo was roomy and well appointed with everything we needed, including a golf cart. Condo is in Palm Dessert and easy drive to lots of attractions including El Paseo, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Palm Springs, great restaurants and other activities. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful condo and property

Todd was amazing from the beginning of the booking. We stayed 2 weeks and didn’t want to come home. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and was very well stocked. We were impressed with the amount of seasoning options for cooking. All the kitchen utensils needed for cooking. Very clean and instantly felt like home. Will definitely rent from Todd again.

A Week in Heaven

Beautiful property, perfectly located in a spectacular community with all the amenities. Conveniently located near all the fun stuff the valley offers. Property owner was accessible and helpful. That allowed us to spend every minute soaking, golfing, hiking and relaxing.

Amazing Place

Todd has a great place and was very kind and responsive with me. I highly recommend this place as it was absolutely amazing and very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back when I’m in Palm Desert again!
