There is enough room for 4 cars under the house and additional parking in front. The driveway spans 54 feet, plenty of space to park and clean your boat. No on-street parking allowed.

PETS: Sorry no pets allowed (this includes dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, amphibians, etc).

SMOKING: Absolutely NO smoking inside home. A $250 fine will apply if unit smells of smoke.
