GOLF FRONT - ¡Recientemente remodelado! ¡Vistas que quitan el aliento! Frente al agua del golfo.
Esta es una hermosa casa unifamiliar de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños. La casa ofrece hermosos jardines y una gran piscina privada, opcional, con calefacción.

Abundante espacio de vida y comedor al aire libre. Hay una parrilla de gas y muelle de aguas profundas. La casa está ubicada directamente en el Golfo de México y ofrece amplias vistas de aguas abiertas. Ubicación perfecta para ver algunas de las mejores puestas de sol en los Cayos de Florida.


El ala oeste de la casa tiene una suite principal privada con baño y vestidor. El principal ofrece una cama King con puertas correderas que salen a un patio y vistas al agua. El baño principal ofrece una ducha de pie y una bañera separada. Fuera del pasillo al dormitorio principal está el cuarto dormitorio.

La sala de estar de la casa es un gran plano de planta abierto con una pared de puertas que ofrece vistas al agua desde la cocina, la sala y el comedor. La casa ha sido recientemente actualizada con hermosos pisos de baldosas y granito en la cocina. El ala este de la propiedad es el hogar de la sala de lavandería y dos suites de invitados. Dos de las habitaciones ofrecen una cama Queen con baño privado. Una de las habitaciones de huéspedes ofrece una cama completa con puertas correderas a la zona del patio con acceso a la piscina. Fuera de la sala de estar hay un gran patio con mosquitero con sillones y comedor al aire libre. We had an amazing time at this beautiful home!! We had a party of eight - my husband & me, our 3 teens (ages 17 & 18), & 3 additional teens (ages 18 & 19). There was plenty of space - all of the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was adequately stocked to meet all of our needs, & the bathrooms were wonderful. We loved the location and spent most of our week in Marathon or Big Pine, but did take off to Key West twice. It was a fantastic vacation and we cried actual tears when it was time to leave!!!

Great property on private lot

Great property for family and friends, private bedroom suites with large open kitchen great room for gatherings. Well stocked with everything needed for indoor and outdoor activities. Beautiful sunsets over the water and fishing off the dock

Family trip

7 adults and baby stayed here and it was a very nice stay. There were a lot of no see ums and people had a lot of itchy bites which is out of anyone's control. property is beautiful and home well appointed and comfortable.

Family vacation

Very nice location and everything we wanted for the week. Accommodation were great for our family of 2 adult kids and their spouse are on infant. Total group of 7. I would recommend this to everyone looking to travel to the keys for a large family vacation.

Great house

Love this house! Each bedroom having its own bath is great. It needs some upkeep ( stairs, pool, dock), but you can’t beat the views!

Wonderful Property!

We loved our stay in Grassy Key and the house was perfect for two families. Having the boat right behind the house was so convenient and the kids had a blast swimming off the dock and in the pool.

Perfect House for us

We love staying on Morton Street and this house suited us perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed the furnishings & layout of the house, screened in porch, paddleboard, kayak,dock and peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked well with dish and cookware, very important to us as we mostly dined in. We loved this place and look forward to returning!

Second stay

This was our second stay at this home. The perfect layout for a group. Private bedrooms with private baths. Perfect location for visiting the Keys. American Costal Vacations are great to work with and we will definitely use them again.

Family trip to celebrate graduating.

We had the most amazing trip! The house was exactly what we needed. Everyone has their own room and bathroom. Spacious and we loved having a pool the landscaping is beautiful, we loved the variety of tropical palms. Our favorite part and place to be was the dock. Probably 98% of our time was outdoors on the dock . We snorkeled non stop seeing parrotfish, manatees, nurse sharks, lobsters, snapper, sea turtles. We rented kayaks and paddle boards to explore the surrounding area as well. It was a perfect middleKey location and we loved being in a neighborhood and having privacy. Convenient to restaurants, fishing charters and stores. We were able to explore other keys as well and had the most amazing trip. We explored Key West, Dry Torgtugas, Bahia Honda State park and snorkeled Looe Key Reef. Next time we are bringing the boat!

The house was as described and clean. Loved the pool and dock. We fished from the dock and swam in and around it. We rented a kayak, it would have been nice if one was available at the house.

Best Vacation Ever!

This property is exactly like it shows online! The center room has a high ceiling that makes everything feel so open. We really felt like there was plenty of room for everyone, 8 adults! Bathrooms were great, screened in porch great! grilling great! We rented a fishing boat that stayed on the dock and that was the best. We didn't have to go look for fun things to do, we were in charge of that! The dock is so fun to fish off of and to snorkel and we rented paddle boards! The guys did go a private fishing trip to the Everglades where they caught lots of fish for dinner and saw crocodiles on the sand bars! From the dock we were visited by manatees 2 times during sunset, turtles, nurse sharks, dolphins, sting rays, pufferfish, barracuda, pirate fish and so many other fish! Definitely want to stay here again!! You can't go wrong with this place!

Annual New Year’s trip to Florida

We were four couples in the home had plenty of room. The only small room was the one off the dining room. We love the screened porch spent a lot of time out there. The pool was heated so we were able to swim every day. Also, we rented a pontoon boat the dock was right there. The house has everything you need. The location was great, but there’s no restaurants real close to walk to, but we did take the boat to some .

Overall a lovely property. Beautiful view of open Gulf and beautiful sunsets. Good location for quiet and still convenient to restaurants and fishing and boating. No serious problems. For one outdoor faucet drip, polite maintenance guy showed up right away and fixed it. Like most VRBO properties, little issues are common; dead light bulbs, switches that switch nothing, garden hoses that are past their prime, dull kitchen knives and no sharpener. Those issues were minor and our time here was a major delight. This house is on our "Return to" list.

Great Location- cold pool

We’ve been staying in grassy key for years and love the neighborhood away from town. Only complaint with this house was that the listing says that the pool heater is available for a fee. I asked for the pool heater and the management company said it wasn’t available because it wasn’t pool heater season. I’ve always paid for pool heaters here and never heard that before. As you can see in the pictures the pool is over shadowed by the house porch creating shade almost all day. The pool was cold all week, our younger kids got in it but the older kids and adults wouldn’t because it was so cold. This was frustrating because we were willing to pay for the heater and they wouldn’t turn it on. It would have really changed the experience at this house. For this reason I won’t be back to this one.

Incredible Christmas Vacation

This house was the perfect fit for my family. The pictures are exactly what you get. It was perfect!The hallways have doors that close off for those that want to sleep. There is only one bedroom that’s by the main area and it is closed off by class doors with curtains. Ideal for someone that’s not a late sleeper. All of the beds were extremely comfortable & the rooms were all decorated so nicely! Each daughter having their own bathroom was perfect and all of the bathrooms were all updated & extremely nice.We had some small issues with internet connection but the property manager was quick to respond and sent someone to property to make sure all was okay also. The only complaint I had about this, that I shared with manager, was the internet is controlled by a light switch that is easily flipped off.There are a million light switches in the house and some we flipped and never figured out what they went to. Some were labeled but a lot were not so that made it a little difficult at times. But if that was the only “complaint” I’d say that’s pretty amazing! We had the pool heated for use and it felt great and was very well maintained. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked because of all of the no-see-ups which were horrible! And that is not anything this property can control. The outdoor area was dreamy. The walk out to the water is like you are in the Caribbean.We woulld definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views

This house worked out great for our trip. We had two separate families staying and one was on each side of the house. The 4th bedroom is off the living room with glass doors and curtains. We had some issues with the pool not heating upon arrival and the rental company had it fixed within 24 hours. Great service! The linens could use some updating but there were plenty of towels and pool towels provided. Be prepared to buy all household items such a toilet tissue, cleaners and laundry detergent. Also there are no kayaks, snorkeling gear or anything to enjoy the gulf so we ended up renting a lot of that. The dock was awesome! My daughter loved swimming around all the fish in the clear water. Even spotted some sea stars and rays. The pool area is ok. Chairs and tables are down there but there is gravel everywhere which makes it hard on Kids feet. Bring some water shoes! Overall this property is updated, clean and has amazing views. For the price that we paid in April it should have come with more amenities.

Relaxation and refueling

Wonderfully decorated home on the water overlooking the gulf. Picture perfect sunsets every evening. Pool, outside sitting area and screened porch helped you relax and enjoy a slower way of life.

House review

The inside of the house was beautiful but the outside could use some updates and maintenance. There was a broken railing on the stairs, the other railing was loose and the heat did not work at all in any of the bedrooms. We had 2 people in our party with disabilities and the railing issues made the stairs treacherous.
