Great Location

This property is a great location. It was a perfect walk to Miami City Ballet each day. We are so pleased with our stay and would love to repeat the experience. Wilfred was so kind and responded quickly to any questions or needs that needed addressed.

Cozy beachfront stay

Can't wait to book this apartment again! The beds and pillows are super comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, the apartment is surprisingly quiet considering the location and the balcony has a gorgeous ocean view. The building has attendants at the beach and pool making sure chairs are properly distanced and capacities managed. (Chairs and umbrellas are $5 each on the beach.) The building amenities are A++ and the neighbors friendly and respectful.

A great stay

This was probably the best stay we have ever experienced at this property. The owner was completely prepared for our visit, which is more than we can say about earlier visits to other units at this property. Although the unit is small, it is well organized. There are no bedrooms; however, this bachelor unit has two queen beds rather than two doubles along with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a bath/shower combo as well as a helpful wall bar for the handicap, which I am. A beautiful view from the balcony, and quite quiet for South Beach. Thanks

great location, view and stay in Apt.1130

I stayed 5 Weeks in this condo situated in a great location. Ocean Front and directly on Lincoln Road, where shops and restaurants are within a walking distance The Decoplage has lots of great amenities. A well-equipped gym, a spacious, well-furnished and staffed pool deck and a heated infinity pool with an ocean view. Mr. Navarro Apartment has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Decoplage Pool, We often enjoyed the view while having drinks or meals on the comfortable balcony furniture. The apartment’s kitchen is large and well equipped, the two beds are extremely comfortable (Simmons Beautyrest Black), more comfortable than mine! During the night it is very quiet, the apartment faces the ocean. Parties are not allowed to get out of hand and I didn't hear any noise from the street. The unit has a huge tv with 3 comfortable chairs, but I preferred to sit on the balcony and look at the Ocean or go for a walk on Lincoln road. Mr. Navarro replied to my questions immediately and was always very kind and helpful. I will come back and rent Mr. Navarro’s apartment again soon. Sono stata 5 settimane in questo appartamento fantastico. Stupenda posizione con piscina e vista oceano , piscina riscaldata con sdraio a volontà. Gym ben equipaggiata. Letti comodissimi, muri ben isolati, di notte molto silenzioso. La vita del balcone arredato è stupenda, l’appartamento è spazioso ed i letti comodissimi, anche la cucina è grande e non manca niente. Il mio miglior soggiorno a Miami. Il signor Navarro è molto gentile e ha risposto sempre subito alle mie domande. Tornero’ sicuramente presto e riaffittero’ questo appartamento.

Very fine accommodation

I needed a place to stay in South Beach for a 28 day work assignment. I found the apartment to be clean and comfortable as advertised. Building is quiet, kept very clan and has good security . I would have no problem staying there again .

Great location, stunning view

I am very happy about the aparment if Mr. Navarro. The studio is very big and confortable. I love the stunning view of the balcony to the pool and the ocean. The building has a good equipped gym and a big warm pool with lots of confortable chairs. Plenty of space in the period i come. I have this apartment for the 3rd time and if I would not have this place, I 'd not come to Miami anymore. Before i found Mr. Navarro apartment, I had really bad apartment, no view, no amenities. I love the position of it on Lincoln road, so I am close to shops and restaurant and the ocean in front. I'd certainly come again this year for over a month. Miami is a paradise and this apartment is great. I recommend this apartment definetly.

Decoplage Condominium, Will and Maggie Navarro/owners, Unit #1130.

I stayed for December 2017 and January 2018 at a lovely studio at the Decoplage Condomium on 100 Lincoln Road, owned by Will and Maggie Navarro. It was on the 11th floor overlooking both park below and Miami Beach and the Ocean. Balcony view is great! The place was clean and neat and provided me with everything that I needed for an eight week stay. I thought that the price was very reasonable considering that the Lowe's is on the right and the Ritz-Carlton is on the left, both high end rentals and I paid a fraction of that cost staying in the Navarro family's rental unit. I was very happy staying there and would recommend it to anyone. Edward DeMott, Rochester, New York.

Great location, great beaches, newly updated building.

This building is located in the heart of South Beach right across the street from the Ritz Carlton. It was renovated last year and it now boasts of a new pool, new gym, new elevators, impact windows and extended balconies. The view of the ocean is magnificent. The beach is 20 feet away from the building with only the boardwalk separating the two. The apartment is nice sized with all amenities and a brand new air conditioner. It includes wifi and cable TV. The neighbors are friendly and considerate. A true gem!
