Peace of Harmony is an updated, beautiful classic mountain chalet with vaulted ceilings. We are located in the popular Lake Harmony Estates Community (no community fees for you), centrally located between ski mountains, golf courses and lake access to Lake Harmony- the only lake that allows motorized boats, water skiing and jet skiing. We are minutes away from a vibrant restaurant nightlife, with karaoke nights (Shenanigans) and lakeside sunset views (Nick's Lakehouse). Come enjoy the peaceful outdoors, or stay at the house- share a family meal/ watch the big game on the big screen Smart TV in the Great Room, grill on the spacious deck, enjoy the outdoor dining set or lounge on the outdoor sectional. Our game room has a pool table, foosball table, and an old school multigame arcade player with over 60 games. Soak in our private 8 person hottub, star gaze while sitting around the crackling fire. There's extra space in the loft, with a new sleeper sofa and air hockey table. The house is equipped with 1000 mb wifi that supports multiple streaming devices, TVs in all 6 bedrooms, and common areas, as well as a pack n' play (bring your own baby linens), booster seat, kids' dining set and step stool for the little ones. We want you to feel like you can rest and recharge right away. All the beds are pre-made and ready for you to snuggle in. PLEASE NOTE: Guests are required to sign our legal rental agreement 48 hours before check-in to finalize booking. Emails with links are sent for your convenience, We will send reminders as well, to help prevent last minute cancelation of the booking.

Indoor

We have a big screen 58" smart TV in the great room, big TV in the game room and all the bedrooms have TVs with streaming service capabilities (Prime video, Disney+) - feel free to log into your account (and remember to log out before check-out). Great Room features a unique double sided gas fireplace, and sliding doors lead to large outdoor deck. The Master bedroom has a workspace with chair. Every bedroom has blackout blinds. The game room has a foosball table, pool table, multicade arcade and the loft has an air hockey table as well as board games and puzzles. Beds have mattress and pillow protectors.

Outdoor

Our private backyard is boulder and tree-lined. We have a large firepit, set up with Adirondack seating and benches. The 8 seater hot tub is next to a picnic table and an outdoor bar. Our upper deck features a commercial grill, outdoor patio dining and a sectional for lounging in the open air.

Parking

There is plenty of parking in the private driveway, enough for 6-8 cars. The main entrance is on the right side.

Security

We have a smart lock and will be sending you an access code on the day of arrival.

For the security of our home, we have 4 security cameras outside, 3 are facing each of the 3 entrances to the house, and one camera faces the parking lot monitoring the bear box/trash area. We also have a ring video camera.

Inside, we have the ring alarm system for the security of the property. The 3 owner's closets (one on each floor) and the utility closet on the 1st floor is not accessible to guests. These doors are easily recognizable by the keypad on top of the doorknob and labels above the keypad.

Check in/ Check out

We are keyless; an access code to unlock the door will be sent on the day of arrival. The access code is inputted using the touchscreen keypad right above the doorknob.

Check-Out: No later than 11am EST

Guests are required to sign our legal rental agreement and agree to a security deposit hold on the credit card no less than 48 hours before check-in to finalize booking. Emails will be sent with links to the rental agreement as well as a security deposit hold for your convenience. We will send reminders as well, to help prevent last minute cancelation of the booking.
