Beautifully Renovated, Non-Smoking, Golf Front , 2 Bedroom, 2 Full bath condo. Watch some golf on the 75" Flatscreen in family room and Flat screens in each bedroom. Free Hi-speed Wi-Fi and cable. Hardwood floors throughout, hi- end appliances, fridge w/ice maker , stackable Washer and Dryer, 12 C coffee maker and single cup Keurig, electric charbroil grill on porch and all the utensils and cookware needed for a stay. Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap , paper towels provided. Upscale furniture including Luxury Sealy King bed and 2 Luxury Sealy Twin XL mattresses and pull out Queen sofa bed. Our Pinehurst Condo is located in the Erin Hills complex, close to Pinehurst CC and less than a mile drive to Pinehurst Village and The Carolina Hotel and Spa.. Unit has New windows and doors and New AC and Heating system. Ring doorbell. Late check-out, Early check-in may be available with advance notice. Another fantastic stay here! The place is gorgeous, super clean, and well-located. The host is absolutely amazing! I stayed here this time during an ice storm and a blizzard. She made sure the sidewalk and stairs were completely cleared and safe. Absolutely above and beyond!

We had a wonderful stay during the US Kids golf Championship. This house is perfectly located. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching golfers and enjoying drinks that were provided for us by the host. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Beautiful Condo and Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay in this beautiful condo overlooking the golf course. The scenery and the sounds of nature were so relaxing! The condo itself was spotless and well equipped. We look forward to returning next year for a longer stay!

Few days getaway

Beautiful view, very clean, all essentials in kitchen was available. We would definitely stay here again. Very close to the beautiful Carolina Hotel where we had a Spa day.

Wow, what a great place to stay for a golf getaway! I was very impressed with the condo. Everything was perfect for relaxing after a day of golf. Loved having both a coffee maker and a Keurig to get an early morning started. The washer/dryer combo in the condo was great for my short-sighted four days of clothes for a five day trip. The view of the Pinehurst golf course was amazing for watching three different holes. The condo had everything you could want, great beds, new tv's, snacks, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, laundry detergent, great showers and much more and the best of all ... an amazing host. Thank you Allyson!

Wonderful in every way

The condo is absolutely lovely and stocked with every imaginable convenience. It's also convenient to everything in the area. The owner went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and provided all sorts of extras. She also responded to our questions immediately and helpfully. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I are from New England and we purchased this condo so we could spend more time enjoying beautiful Pinehurst with our 2 college age golfing daughters. Our family spent much time in the area traveling to tournaments with our 2 daughters who were junior golfers. Often we would stay at local hotels for tournaments, but we loved having a place to stay with a kitchen and washer and dryer especially for those rainy golf tournaments. We set up our condo as an upscale alternative to a hotel that has all the amenities of home. We love spending time here, especially on the deck overlooking the golf course and frequenting the restaurants and shops in the Village of Pinehurst and Southern Pines. We hope you enjoy our little slice of pinehurst as much as we do! This condo is also be available for discounted monthly rentals.

We fell in love with the location of this property. It has magnificent views of courses # 3 and #5 from the front and back of the condo. There is a lot of golf action to view while sitting on the quiet deck. We also love watching the wildlife in the nearby pond. The location is quiet and close to the harness track, Pinehurst CC, The Cradle, Pinehurst Village and the Carolina Hotel. Guests love walking the paths of the golf course in the mornings before the heat.

Best Golf Views in Pinehurst and the Sandhills ! Erin Hills is a quiet location and we have a corner unit. Very close to The Pinehurst Resort and the Equestrian center. Our condo is always stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish pods, laundry detergent for our in unit washer/dryer, paper towels, tin foil, garbage bags etc. We also provide snack basket upon arrival, cold local beer in fridge as well as water and a bottle of wine. Coffee pods and creamers , sugar and tea .Our guests always comment on the comfort of our luxury mattresses. Our condo has a King bed and 2 twin XL beds. It is always a beautiful day in Pinehurst when you stay at our condo.
