Relax in this comfortable duplex just a short walk to downtown and a local gym. Centrally located in the Finger Lakes, you're close to wine trails, state parks, and all the small-town charm Seneca Falls has to offer.


The Space

The duplex is fully equipped for short or extended stays. The kitchen and FIRST-FLOOR bathroom have the essentials you need. For entertainment, there are two Roku TVs—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

Please note: This duplex does NOT have cable, a washer/dryer, or a dishwasher.
A laundromat, Riverview in Liberty Plaza, is just 1.5 miles away.

Guest Access

PARKING & SHARED SPACE:
Guests can park in a designated section of the driveway, as it is SHARED with the other rental.
Feel free to hang out in the front and backyard, too, and use the fire pit—available on a first-come, first-served basis.

ONCE INSIDE:
You’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, FIRST-FLOOR bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs.

Please note: The property is prepared for the number of guests listed on the reservation, including made-up beds, towels, and other essentials. Guests do not have access to the garage, basement, attic, or any locked storage or mechanical rooms.
