Dear guests, thank you for your review. It helps us determine what changes to make to better accommodate the guests. Unfortunately it was not due to the heater but the weather. Most heaters do not even start or heat enough when the outside temperature is below a certain degrees. This is one of these heaters. 15,000 gallon of water is a lot to take on. But we have addressed this issue. Thank you again for staying with us and we loved meeting you and admiring your Christmas decorations for the family. Management.

Thank you for making us aware. Yes, the a/c did unforeseeably stop working, but I was glad we were able to have the a/c company out immediately to replace the part for you. We were also able to repair the system for the pool, as well. It is awful that these issues sometimes arrive together without warning, but I appreciate you understood as we corrected them as fast as we possibly could.

Dear guests, thank you for your comments. Your feedback is valuable. We would like to correct the following. We reached out 2 times by text, 1 email and 1 voices message in order to find out if you and your family would like to heat the pool. Because of Thanksgiving - a holiday for all - we pre-empted the question. Unfortunately there was no response and we - just to make sure - heated the pool. The pool deck and pool were cleaned before your arrival. Soaps are not watered down and we provide - as we mention in our access information email - the first batch of toilet paper, shampoos etc. A vacation rental is not the same as a hotel; there is no replenishment of toilet paper, paper towels and house cleaning items. That is why the rate for a 4 bedroom home with a private pool, on the golf course - that sleeps 8 guests - is lower per person than a hotel. The house comes turnkey with towels, sheets and a fully equipped kitchen. We will reach out to the owners about the pots and pans. We also will replenish the sponges - as per your comment. We take your comments to heart and will make changes in order to please our guests. Thank you, Management

I understand your frustration. You were very upset that the hot tub did not blow bubbles, stating you drove several hours for that reason. I explained the hot tub was not a jacuzzi, was never advertised as one, and never was used as one. You stated it does blow bubbles because your husband went outside and blew into the pipes creating bubbles. There is no blower motor there. You were offered a refund of rent for the balance of your stay, but not the fees, including cleaning fees. You declined. You were correct about the dirt outside as we had just been through two days of very heavy storms which kicked dirt - not black mold - up onto the walls and pool deck. It was corrected a few days later when the lawn company and pool tech were on site. Thank you for making us aware of the toilet paper holder coming down as we were able to repair that, as well. In regard to being dated, I can assure you the pictures are not 20 years old. However, I do understand you were upset and I am sorry that was the case. I wish you luck with your other future stays elsewhere.
