Imagine relaxing on your large private terrace with an amazing ocean view and overlooking Puerto Vallarta’s historic El Centro area. Enjoy 1800 sq. ft., open floor plan, colorful, contemporary condo!
Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances including oversize refrigerator/freezer with purified water dispenser, gas stove and dishwasher. Convenient laundry room with washer and dryer is located off the kitchen. Two bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms for each provide privacy. Spend lazy days by the shared, infinity pool and enjoy the ocean view at the same time.
The fully-furnished terrace runs the full length of the condo and has a dining area with Weber grill, seating area to enjoy cocktails or a cup of coffee in the mornings as well as a chaise lounge surrounded with flowers for quiet reading.
The condo has mini splits for air conditioning (one each in bedrooms and one in main salon). From December through April, the refreshing cross breezes are so comfortable and pleasant, you will not even need the A/C.
The Wi-Fi and high-speed, Internet connection is provided and if you bring your Firestick and have a VPN you can stream all your apps just as if you were at home.
Be sure to enjoy the shared infinity pool and lounge area. Perfect for a refreshing dip as you look over the bay, snoozing in the sun on a lounge chair, or reading a book in the shaded area.
After an easy walk up the steps, enter through the locked gate where you will take the elevator to the fifth floor. The floor has a locked-gate entry and there are only two condos on each floor.
On the border of the 5 de Diciembre and el Cerro neighborhoods and overlooking Centro Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay, on a clear day you can see the Marietas Islands! The condo building is in a neighborhood, where you can live like a local and it is an easy downhill walk to the Malecon/Boardwalk where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops.
Continue walking south and you will be in the Romantic Zone which has lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Ubers and taxis are readily available and inexpensive, which is especially nice when you want a quick, easy trip back up the hill to the condo.

When we first saw Torre Allende #10, we fell in love with the view of the Bay of Banderas, one of the larges Bays in Mexico as well as in the world. We enjoy watching whales and dolphins frolic in the bay from our terrace between early December and late March.
You can also enjoy seeing the Papantla Flyers which is a ritual done periodically during the day. The ritual ceremony of the Papantla Flyers is an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by Unesco, an important cultural value that Xcaret park proudly presents.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Our condo is within walking distance or a short 5-minute drive to almost the center of town and the Malecon. You will find wonderful restaurants to which we will provide a comprehensive list of our favorites as well as shopping, Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and the amphiteatre where entertainment is help nearly every night. On the Malecon on this side of the river, you can walk all the way to its end on the south side of the river to the Romantic Zone. Everything is very close.
