Dear Sumner, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent visit to one of our properties. I was very concerned to read that you had the impression the the home you stayed in was on the beach. While most of our homes have direct beach access this particular property does not. It does have amazing views of the ocean, but it does not have direct access to the beach. You mentioned that is was advertised that way. I did look and this particular property is not listed as "beachfront". In the description, it indicates it is a less than 5-minute walk to the beach. Additionally, unfortunately there is only street parking with the particular unit you reserved. That is listed on the description page on the website. We wish we had known about your concerns while you were staying with us. It would have given us the opportunity to fix that TV and to assist you with parking. I do hope we have the opportunity to have you as a guest again in the future. We have a number of spectacular homes that I believe would create the experience you were hoping for doing this last visit. Sincerely, Beachfront Only
