Perfecto para una escapada encantadora y romántica cerca de la playa. ¡A menos de 5 minutos a pie del acceso a la playa pública, esta unidad cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias y más! Esta propiedad recientemente remodelada cuenta con una hermosa cocina totalmente amueblada, una acogedora sala de estar (con un sofá cama doble) y un pintoresco loft con una cama king-size.

¡El área de Oceanside tiene muchas atracciones increíbles, como el paracaidismo, el muelle, la pesca en el océano, excelentes cervecerías y mucho más!

My husband and I visited our son, who is stationed at Camp Pendleton, and this place turned out to be the perfect spot. It’s close to downtown Oceanside, just minutes from the beach, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Management was attentive and responsive. Although parking isn’t directly on the property, it was always easy to find nearby. We highly recommend staying here and plan to book again whenever we come to visit our son.

Steps to the beach

We loved our stay in Oceanside! Walking distance to the water and restaurants. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Not quite beach front

Not quite on the beach front. It turned out to be a backside apartment across the street from the beach side. All in all from the money it was ok.

It fit me perfectly. I just needed a place to unwind after a day with the kids. The sound of the ocean cleared that all away. Parking was different but I managed. Will stay again. Thank You

We enjoyed our stay. The information as advertised however was a bit misleading. We were told that there was beach equipment/chairs, family games, and was told we had access to a grill on the property and unfortunately those were not available or even on the property. Pictures also showed a chair as well as the pull out couch. The pictures not matching was not the issue with us. We were just bummed that the description mentioned amenities that were not included as described. Other than that we had the most beautiful time and enjoyed every minute we were there!

Beautiful property and beautiful area.

The people next to us had a party that basically lasted all weekend. Then the day they were checking out they had at least 30 bags of trash and were slamming the gate and making so much noise removing it that they woke up my whole family and we had to ask if they could please stop slamming the gate. With this aside the rest of the stay was perfect.

Great Place, just not by the beach

Very clean, updated, beautiful unit. Easy to access. Parking was a bit of a pain, but not too bad. We were just extremely disappointed that the 4 minute walk to the beach they claimed was just giant rocks with strong waves. It’s a 36 minute walk to any actual sandy beach. Don’t be deceived by pictures, or claims that any beach within a 20 minute walk is acceptable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is perfect for a couple or small family. We stayed for a week with our three small cihildren and it was great. It’s very clean and has everything you need. The property management team was very responsive. We had a noise issue with the tenants above us and they were on it right away. The only negative is that there is no parking spot so you do have to walk a bit for street parking but overall it was great.

We rented this property, it’s twin right next to it (1722) and one of the main house attached to it (1724P) for our families coming to visit from KC. Check-in and check out is always easy. I Definitely recommend this location. The apartment is nicely set up for a couple and the beach is right across the street. It’s also a great add-on if you rent the larger unit and need just a bit more space.

Everything was perfect for me to get some work done by the ocean I loved that I could hear it from the apartment. I came in very late so I was extremely confused about the parking and the apartment actually being on the street above pacific Then I tried to park in the garage just for safety at that hour. The lifts in the garage are very noisy I could hear another party struggling with parking there as well May want to clarify the garage and parking location in the information

Good place for the night

There were no instructions on which door to use to enter our loft. There were two visible doors corresponding with the correct address we were given and we could see people inside so we thought they double booked us. After speaking with the people staying there and showing them that we had booked the same address, they said to look down the walkway because there was another door down there. Our door was down a dark pathway with no visibility to see that there was a door down there at all. It was decently clean. The bathroom wasn’t the best. Overall, if you’re just there to have a place to sleep at the end of the night (which is what we needed), this is a good place for the price.

Disappointing

low price was good. Place was clean. We had number of problems. TV not working properly and then difficult to operate Roku. Got a parking ticket because of not understanding cleaning on street I parked. Air cooling system not operating properly. No view out any of the windows. Very disappointing. A big mistake.

Great place, great location

Enjoyed our stay. Very close to ocean access and morning coffee at the beach. Walkable to the pier and restaurants. Very clean place with lots of kitchen necessities and bedding. Would stay again

Nice place

The TV cable never worked and we had issues with the code getting into the back gate but overall for the 2 days we were there it was fine.

Oceanside Loft

The unit is located in a good location. The oceanside pier is down the street as well as a park. The unit itself is clean and cute, but has a TON of light coming in at night. It is already light in there at night with all lights off but if a neighbor has a light in outside, it lights up the entire apartment and there’s no way to block it. We had no batteries in our remotes. The gate code on the back was incorrect. Near the oceanside pier it was kinda sketchy. We were harassed while we had our baby and dog with us. Be careful walking around on the streets.

Clean, Convenient but dreary

The location was nice and in a wonderful, safe neighborhood. The location is mostly quiet. The BEST third wave coffee roaster and shop is within a 4/10 mile walk with a pretty great craft brewery immediately next door. Within a short drive there is an inventive and delicious taco restaurant. Other great dining was up to 4 miles away and well worth it. The beaches in the neighborhood are mostly rocky but a wonderful sandy beach is up the coast a short drive. The unit was very clean and stocked with nearly all the houseware one would want. The unit is very small. It would be very cramped with more than 2 adults. Parking is only on the street with access to the unit up a staircase and a short walk to the building and then a walk of 20 feet down to the unit. Loading and unloading can be done through a gate on the alley but no parking is available there. The unit is on the dark side of the building. The only direct sunlight in the morning is through a frosted window in the loft. There was no outside area to enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages at the unit but a lovely park with playground equipment is a couple blocks away. There were minor maintenance issues that were inconvenient, such as a toilet paper holder that didn't actually hold the tp roll. The biggest disappointment was that the internet was down for at least 36 hours. Otherwise, the internet was fast enough to do whatever we needed to do.
