Whether you have come to hike, whitewater raft, fish, or head into the charming downtown nearby, you will have a plethora of fun activities to indulge in year-round. Visitors will also have access to the Coosawattee River Resort Recreation featuring multiple shared pools, sports courts, a mini-golf course, a game room, and a fitness facility. Yet, you may find it hard to leave your own private oasis with two wraparound decks featuring gas grills, a firepit to gather around for stories and stargazing, and an abundance of outdoor seating ideal for al fresco meals or morning cups of coffee. You'll love soaking in the private hot tub after a long day of adventure.

Inside, the natural wood throughout and wood-burning fireplace give that classic cabin feel while the free WiFi, flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities, and DVD library can keep everyone entertained and connected with the outside world when desired. Homecooked meals will be a highlight of this vacation as well when the cooks of the group step into the full kitchen and find two coffee makers, modern appliances, ample cookware, and an adjacent dining table for everyone to gather at. Plus, when it is time to settle down, the adults can stay on the main floor as the kiddos claim the bunk room downstairs to hang out and watch their own favorite movies on the TV.

Explore some of the area's best attractions with a visit to Gilmer County Parks (five miles), Squidbillies Monument (eight miles), and Engelheim Vineyards (nine miles). You'll also have Whitepath Golf Club and Tumbling Waters Trail less than 15 miles from your front door.

THINGS TO KNOW
This unit will have two RFID cards that allow four guests per card to access resort amenities. These cards are located in the welcome book. If you arrive and the cards are not present, please let us know. Lost or stolen cards will warrant a $59 fee per card. Guests must register 48 hours before arrival or they will not be granted access to the resort.
Streaming is available with guest accounts.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
