We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It is close to everything we wanted to do. We spent time at Crystal Bridges, which is a must do for visitors to Ben Bentonville. We went to a concert at the momentary, which is very close as well. There are many restaurants within walking distance for those who like to walk. We ate at The Preacher’s Son which in itself is a destination experience. The property is clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and there is a fenced backyard for our doggie duo. Our hosts were responsive and communicative. We would love to come back in the future.

We needed a place for a one night stay in Bentonville for a graduation party. This was a great location, great place, clean, etc. we were happy with the hosts timely communication.

Home Away from Home

Really enjoyed this house. It was a nice environment and clean. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of room and felt very comfortable. Located near plenty to do and affordable price. We will definitely stay here again!!

Quick Trip

We were in and out of the property quickly for just a night stay. The check-in was easy and property was nice and clean. It ended up be closer to the places we went which was nice.

5 City Tour of Arkansas

The house was just perfect for our stay in Bentonville. It was very convenient to everything that we did while visiting. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were very responsive. The beds were absolutely the most comfortable beds ever!!!! It is probably the best that I have ever slept in a VRBO or hotel.

Nice Little Cottage

This little cottage provided everything we needed for a family get together long weekend. There was room to cook and eat together. The fenced backyard was nice for the dog.

Great for quick trip

Property was VERY clean. Convenient to lots of restaurants and attractions. I especially appreciated the little touches like travel size toiletries, soaps, and cleaning supplies. This place was stocked better than a large condo I stayed in recently.

A good place for us to stop over. Our one night was a quick turnaround, so we just needed basics. Beds are great. No creaking. Firm with a little squish and I didn’t feel my husband moving around. Nice linens. We are texture sensitive and everything was soft and nice quality. Two bathrooms worked fine. The shower in the larger room is tricky with the spout being turned off. Yard for large dogs works fine. Just have to watch the gate stays shut. Kitchen has everything. But if you need a special place to eat breakfast, do not skip on Buttered Biscuit. It has amazing GF options and it’s so close to the house. We’ve eaten there before and it was a goal for this trip. Quiet street. Simple seating. We never even turned on a TV. We may stay again since we will be making this trip for 4 years.

Great Stay

We spent one night at this house. It was perfect! Every room was very clean, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen were both well stocked. My family was staying there because we were going to a Razorback basketball game that night and a football game the next day. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely stay again!

Week long stay due to car trouble

It's a relatively small space overall but was more than enough for 2 adults and 3 small kids. The TV's in all the rooms was very nice. Also, the playground in the backyard was great for the 2 kids under 5 years old! Overall we had a good experience here!

Cute, Comfy & Clean

We had a great stay here. The property was cute, comfortable and clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in away from home. There were nice little touches throughout the home including a welcome bag with slippers and treats. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we wanted to do and see. Laura was a great host and super responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property in excellent location

This is our second stay in this house, and we definitely plan to return. It is always clean and well appointed, and it has an awesome "coffee bar". There are kids toys and equipment (even for the littles, though we dont need this anymore), and it has a good use of space (ex= trundle bed in the office). The owner is very easy to communicate with. The location is hard to beat- safe neighborhood close to everything. We loved our comfortable stay and will be back!!

Exactly what we were looking for!

Wonderful home! There has been so much attention to detail in this house. It is comfortable, inviting and made our weekend in Bentonville perfect. The location couldn’t be better, it was just a few blocks from everything we wanted to access. The upgrades in this house are high quality from the mattresses, linens, furniture and fixtures. We will definitely book again next time we are in town!
